INTRODUCTION
Australian government and state and territory governments are committed to closing gap
targets in order to increasing participation in early childhood education, rising the school
attendance, improving reading, writing and numeracy level. I got good experience from the
overall process. Present report will be presenting my own learning experience throughout this
overall process.
1st Learning: Knowing Indigenous culture
Reporting
As per my sources, learning methods helped me to understand the concept of indigenous
people and how they affect the overall society. My first learning source is online with the right
websites. Internet is great platform to enhance understanding and knowledge regarding specific
topic. That helped me to seek more data about indigenous people and their living culture.
Internet websites helped me to collect various data from authenticated authorised sources. For
example, through my sources, I got to know that, life expectancy of Indigenous Australian males
is 59.4 years and 64.8 years for females, as compare to the life expectancy of other Australian
(Bennett and et.al., 2016).
Responding
In order to conduct this study, I observed some concern levels which is important to
address such as concern with aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander education policy, historical
challenges, political context or current challenges. On the other hand, I also observed some
historical issues or challenges as well. In which I thought Indigenous people faced educational
differences or disadvantages between Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and non-Indigenous
peoples.
Relating
Throughout this learning or teaching process. I got to learn so much different knowledge
in the field of indigenous people. This is the most concerning issue that needs to be developed in
order to develop the social, economic or cultural factors of Australian Indigenous people.
Overall, learning process of indigenous people helps me to learn more about the people who does
not get enough education or development needs. Before, getting into this learning phase. I was

not aware about Australian Indigenous people, I feel great to have this research that helps me to
enhance the knowledge and teaching methods.
Reasoning
Critical race theory (CRT) is the combination of progressive political struggles for racial
justice with critiques of the conventional legal and scholarly norms (Michie, 2014). The main
purpose of this theory is to eliminate the racial oppression among the indigenous Australian
people. Throughout my teaching experienced is just to focus on the Indigenous people.
Reconstructing
On the basis of overall study and going through process, I have learned so many things
and process. That helps to connect the best leading channel of teaching. This overall study
helped me to enhance my teaching developing skills and knowledge in my specified areas. I
taught indigenous students in order to make them educated helped them to engage with
development part. This gives me strength and confidence to perform my role into more specific
manner.
2nd Learning: Preparations for the activity for indigenous people
Reporting
As per the preparation for the activities, I have used some other sources through which, I
got different information that is books and journals. It is another great source of collecting
different material and learning process. Books are the valuable tools needed to trade smart and
earn a great deal of money. Throughout, this process of teaching, I got to learn new and more
information related to the indigenous people goals. Throughout my whole research process,
sources of books helped to solve my queries and problems that I faced during the whole process.
Responding
These are the historical issues that faced by Indigenous peoples in terms of education,
social, or economical concept (Brugnach, Craps and Dewulf, 2017). In order to overcome from
all those issues, I took help from different theories or model to teach them effectively and
productively.
Another issue, I felt during my whole study was violence and racism, reconciliation,
gender that I faced effectively, social dislocation are exits towards aboriginal peoples (Fook,
2017). In order to remove all those issues that helps to teach them personally in order to enhance

their confidence level. This would help me in my future teaching process. On the other side,
education system and learning material goals process also helps to indigenous people to get over
from the discrimination process.
Relating
This learning would help me in my career opportunities and growth. That affect long
lasting channel. Teaching education and engagement are important focus areas within teaching
process goals (Kovach, 2015). Besides, this study brought me different aspects of learning skills
and theories through which I can apply that into my next career goals. Professionally it helped
me a lot to improve my knowledge area which is most significant to understand the indigenous
education. This process would help me to control the long-lasting area of development process.
Reasoning
As per my analytical thought process, it has been concluded that relationship between
indigenous knowledge and the western European concepts of knowledge and knowing need to
place in a framework of mutual interaction. I have learned so many things from critical theory in
order to know the importance of education system for Australian Indigenous people for their
social or mental development. As per the CRT issue of racial inequalities came out from all those
social, economic and legal factors that created by white people (Fryberg, Covarrubias and
Burack, 2018).
Reconstructing
This would help me to promote long lasting performing job. That is most important in my
future career. As a teacher, I give so much knowledge to students and help them to understand
the concept of learning. My experience was good and energetic to collect more data to make
study stronger. This helps to control the overall process of taking new task.
3rd Learning: Promising policies and practices

There is always needs to know about other successful people are doing with their time. I
collected my all study materials from Twitter, LinkedIn, Quora. Those sources helped me to
collect all learning methods and engage me towards the outcomes and goals.

As per my observation process or goals, it would help me to explain the best sources and
learning material goals that would help me to make the best target performance.
Responding
Another, issue that I felt was that health issues, juvenile justice system, education and
employment are all directly related to problems of discrimination. In order to reduce those
impacts, my initial decision-making approach was increasing the awareness of teaching and
material goals. I observed, that indigenous populations are particularly concerned about the
distancing of indigenous children and youth from their own culture. They are forced to abandon
their society and move to cities for getting proper nourishment and learning process (Fryberg,
Covarrubias and Burack, 2018). This might be the other effective and challenging goals. Being
as a teacher, I taught students about all acts or policies to take their human rights against all
discrimination process.
Relating
However, I applied different Indigenous teaching methodologies (Fryberg, Covarrubias
and Burack, 2018). I have engaged with several theories of material that helps me to enhance my
learning process stronger and stable in relation to Indigenous people of Australian. My learning
theories of Indigenous people enable me to interact with Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander
people who suffers from cultural beliefs and professional practice (McCauley and Matheson,
2018).
Reasoning
Another theory of understanding the Aboriginal people is social science theory to get the
sufficient understanding to the rise, persistence and goals of Indigenous social actions.
Indigenous people facing many issues and conflicts management that helps to reconcile the best
possible action plan (The Indigenous Peoples’ Movement:
Theory, Policy, and Practice, 2018). Besides, they make efforts to retain culture, self-
government and territory economy. This also redress the problematic racial dynamism of
sociological theory or practice.

This overall, leading resourceful goals and make the good implementation process. This
gives the general, process leading source. Besides, this makes the good impact on the gross

process which gives me more strength for my career development plan (Wright and et.al., 2016).
My overall learning process would reflect positively on my career goals and helps me to get my

4th Learning: How sustained improvements have been achieved

In this my process of learning as a teacher it is very different and experience full to
identify the discrimination process of indigenous people learning process. My learning process
tools was internet, books and journals. One of the longest and leading part of the learning process
is comes from the experience that is also another learning tool for me in my learning process.
Through all these sources, it helps me to make them learn about how to build relationship, trust
with indigenous communities, setting out a deliberate and specific intent to improve etc.
Responding
I observed another issue that, most of the Australian Indigenous people were engaged in
hunting and gathering. In this report, I used the term Indigenous Aboriginal people or discussed
about their knowledge and perspectives. I also note that, improvement in developing education
or social background is very much required for them to engage with new educational activities.
However, I felt that there has been difference between indigenous people and non-Indigenous.
Being as a teacher, I take step to implement different policies and strategies more than one to see
possible improvements.
Relating
My learning theories relates to Indigenous people that address the skill’s, knowledge and
qualification gaps that exists are needed to gain successful employment outcomes.
Reasoning
Theory of social identify the different causes and makes the better growth services.
(Nicholas, 2016). The main purpose of this theory is to raise the status of Aboriginal people.
Besides, the overall study explained the role of indigenous people education. This would help
me to control the proper implementation process of goals. This would happen to measure the
long-lasting method or goals. Besides, theory of social inclusion literature in consistent helps in
promoting of non-discrimination perspective of indigenous people. This would help to continue
the long lasting performing goals and method of developing task.

White people enhance the interest of maintaining the upper-class status in the society
which lead to poverty and criminality in minority communities (Fryberg, Covarrubias and
Burack, 2018). After applying this critical race theory, I have found some valuable perspective
thoughts on race and racism in Australia. Throughout my study, I learned to teach
accomplishment, analytical power, research ability or technical power which assists me in my
future development process. Overall, I have done proper planning, organizing, monitoring
process to deal with new learning process. Overall, it helps me to gain my research skills and
knowledge through I can improve my different interpersonal skills.
5th Learning: How to understand individual needs of indigenous people

In order to identify the individual needs or their mind status, it is necessary to develop
good communication level between the students. This process helps me to make more familiar
with the people. In order to identify the situation or working scenario, I observed several issues
regarding indigenous people of Australia. I also observed that, due to lack of resources or

I have learned the term Indigenous refers to the original inhabitants of a land who have
specific rights. My initiatives steps towards minimizing the issues of indigenous people issues is
to make people more aware and attentive in terms of taking health instruction, living teaching for

proper challenging goals, my response towards the developing culture of indigenous people are
to make them educated and understandable.

Another theory of Circular Cumulative causation is a theory developed by Swedish
economist Gunnar Myrdal in the year 1956. This brings the new major goals and objective
performing goals. This theory based on multi causal approach that helps to core variables and
their linkages are delineated. This helps to give the longer images and makes the lengthy lasting
knowledge and developing goals.

However, many of the race scholars now take the step to reduce the discrimination

against people of colour (Greenwood eds., 2015). CRT helps me to learn about CRT movement

CONCLUSION
On the basis of above reflection has been concluded that, indigenous people are the
individuals who facing several issues regarding their social, economic life. They don't have
enough sources and facilities to upgrade their status. Present study also discussed about the long-
term process or goals.
