Introduction
The Report aims to provide major five elements of an individual which helps them to learn
and develop their future. An individual needs to be capable of presenting themselves in a
professional way to achieve career goals and objectives (Fatma, and Nawal 2021). This report
would demonstrate the skills developed through the module and how it will be beneficial in
future by a setting smart objectives and own SWOT analysis.
Areas of learning
Learning and development is a continuous and vital part of an individual. As every student
take a part in university to become capable and gain skills which is required to make a better
future. Every student aims to demonstrate various kinds of learning and assessments which
enhance their knowledge capabilities and mind towards achieving personal objectives into
future. There are several areas of learning that require much concentration of an individual.
Some of the main areas are reflection on learning, benefits of assessment feedback, skills
which are required in future SWOT analysis usefulness of formative feedback. All these areas
of learning provide an insight to student about what they have achieved and what is required
to develop within them ( Beavers, Orange, and Kirkwood, 2017). Reflective learning shows a
piece of self analysation on what an individual understand previously and how the assessment
and projects helped him or her to increase their skills. Therefore, formative feedback plays a
vital role to identify mistakes and work on them for future benefits. Feedbacks provide
guidance and motivation to work even harder to achieve goals of learning for an individual.
Also, there are many benefits of formative feedbacks which are provided by teachers who
regulate projects, assignments in order to check the skills of an individual. These fit bags
provide benefits of correcting the mistakes and developing knowledge and understanding
over the topic in a better way. It boosts skills like writing; language, analytical and
presentation which is require performing studies as well as a job role within an organization.
SWOT analysis is an effective way to carry out personal strength weakness opportunities and
threats that become hurdles to learn effectively and grab knowledge. This analysis will help
to take advantage of individual strength and overcome the weakness bye by knowing the
opportunities. trends must be challenging for an individual who require planning to develop
and enhance appropriate skills and be motivated to achieve future goals.

Reflection of learning
As learning is the most integral part of individual’s life in education and job role there are
must have skills which needs to be developed in an effective manner. Before indulging in this
module, I was not aware about the importance of these skills to build a better future in order
to achieve my objective towards career that is to be an entrepreneur and start my own
restaurant. By learning through this module, I was aware about the benefits of formative
feedback as I get so many projects from my teachers which make me realize my mistakes in
terms of feedback. I found myself more understandable when work on this feedback as it
improve my mistakes and increase the level of knowledge in order to perform future projects
effectively. Previously, I was aware about the importance of SWOT analysis as it
demonstrates internal strength comma weakness opportunities and threats in order to identify
the surroundings which create positive or negative impact on any business or an individual.
Mainly I have used this analysis in completing my project in an organizational context. But
from this module, I need to analyze my own internal capabilities and weak areas which is an
interesting thing to do (Lam, 2018) . And individual will not necessarily look into bad things
within them, but this analysis helps to identify both the elements that affect learning and
development of a student. Therefore I came to know about my strength which I will go to use
to overcome my weakness such as communication skills Kama time management skill and
many more. As I have capability to manage and built an effective team so that I would be
capable for problem solving and provide medal guidance. Also I came to know about many
opportunities and threats which good make impact on my learning and development.
Future requirement
The skills which I have learnt from this module are relevant for my future and to
achieve carrier paths. As I undertook new knowledge of swot analysis and become more clear
about feedbacks, analysis. All these areas will help me to understand things in a better way.
The skills which I need to develop are communication, time management and technical
knowledge through which I will manage to do allot of activities which I always wanted to. I
will manage my time for studies, sports and extra curriculum activities by being a confident
personality. Communication skills will help me to transfer my ideas and thoughts to other to
engage in group activities and give my opinion. I will use all these skills to be a better
student and afterwards an effective entrepreneur. As there is need to present myself as a great
personality who is an inspiration for others (Schuster, and Glavas, 2017). I will work hard
and be stick on my goals for adopting communication skills and technical knowledge which

are vital in this competitive market. Swot analysis has provided me insight about all these
area which needs to be focused in specific time period before the opportunities get out from
my reach. I will take benefit of these skills in order to develop myself as a better entrepreneur
to be innovative customer centric and valuable for society. It will achieve my objective and
by developing all the skills, I will utilize my time in other precious activities which require
much concentration and dedication. Also I could be a great leader and motivator if my

are become very helpful to achieve learning path and demonstrate an action plan for own
career development.
