I have carried out this module in order to enhance my knowledge within the area of
strategic management. It has helped me in my professional growth as well as career. By
discussing this module as well as learning outcomes I have developed my knowledge in all
the relevant strategic management frameworks. It helps me in successfully carry out the
external analysis of Nike. Through this module, I have gained a huge knowledge and
information about the manufacturing company within the apparel and footwear industry. In
this way, there are some of the most common factors which helped me out in applying my
knowledge in a wide variety of context. By the end of this module, I am able to realize that I
am a positive thinker and also an attentive leader in all my ways. I can take several decisions
regarding my professional life and career. Under this, I have made a comprehensive
knowledge of major disciplines with areas of specialisation in depth and an awareness of the
provisional nature of the state of knowledge. With my experience, most relevant concepts are
covered and applied and are relevant to the area of study.
With this module, I have gone through the appropriate evaluation of the given case
study information in both critical and informed way. It clearly stated that I am a critical
thinker and easily identify the key issues within the given module. Regarding this, I have
taken several decisions about the various alternatives on the basis of given analysis. This
analysis helped me out in enhancing my knowledge within this vast and advanced
technological field. In order to address the internal as well as external analysis of company I
am able to develop my acquaintance about some of the relevant strategic management
frameworks. By going through the external and internal analysis I have developed my
information about the country’s present state as well as its political stability and instability.
Within this module all the strength and weaknesses of the company have be identified by me
who made me to learn several things. By this, I have gone through all the appropriate
strategies which can be formulated by company in order to enhance as well as grow their
sales. It has helped me in enhancing my critical thinking and I am able to take several
decisions regarding the marketing strategies of company. The present module suggested me
to identify all those business information sources from where I am able to adapt, access,
select and utilise a variety of business information. There are various secondary as well as
primary sources by which I can develop my knowledge within the different area of field. In
addition to this, by formulating various business reports all my concepts related to the

business fields of development and manufacturing are very clear and concise. All this
knowledge will help me in making my career brighter as well as professional.
From the above discussion, it can be stated that within this overall module I have
given my 100% in appropriate strategy implementation as well as issues. By identifying key
issues and evaluating the strategic options in a critical and informed way I am able to take
several decisions. It helped me in maintaining my decision making skills as well as
presentation skills. In order to gain proper understanding about strategic management issues
and concepts I have developed my presentation skills. The whole work has been presented
within a team through which team work has been increased. I am able to communicate with
each of my team members in an appropriate way. It also helped me in increasing presentation

Moreover, this whole module has proven very beneficial for me as I am able to carry
out appropriate team work and making proper decision as per my work capabilities. I have
