growth rate. The hospitality industries have faced a large amount of loss due to this pandemic
period. The travel and tourism is also not able to work due to lock-down situation globally and
people are not spending their leisure on a tourist place (Ellis, 2020). This report will evaluate the

MAIN BODY
Reflect the impact of COVID-19 on hospitality, travel and leisure
The impact of pandemic period of COVID-19 is being sever on the industries like
hospitality, travel and leisure. In my opinion the effects of COVID-19 are spread all over the
world, the main function of central authority is to make their people safer (Denton, 2018). I think
the hospitality and the leisure are the one who have primarily impacted due to pandemic period
of COVID-19. When it is looked more closely then it is found that all are being influenced in the
financial aspects. Before the pandemic period the travel is becoming one of the vital sector at
global level who is having more the 32 million of jobs. Yet after the pandemic period many
people involved in this industry have lost their carrier and jobs as well. I also found that the
COVID-19 has become the most sever global health risk for the people as people have changed
their lifestyle due to this factor. The people in the hospitality sector are lost their jobs as hotel are
not able to serve their customer's in the market. Many hotels are also being closed due to this
situation in this the economy hotel were remained open as they are having less occupancy. The
travel is being remained stopped for long term due to COVID-19 so the transportation facilities
are also not being used in that situation and lead to higher loss (Bruno and Dell’Aversana, 2018).

where they are not efficient. The feedbacks of formative are important because the formative
assessment are the essential part of learning as they are not being the main assessment. They are
helping the tutor as well as student to know about the capabilities and area where the practise and
