Introduction
My report consist of blogs which entails the issues and challenges that confronted while carrying out
tasks of team of management during planning process. The effective judgements and recommendations
are to be made on in what way HR documents and processes can be better for a successful planning of
talent in the life cycle of HR. Along with this, the regulations, legislation and ethical principles have
impact upon decision-making is to be examined. Furthermore the different communication way
monitoring and coordination in the F&B outlet team is to be analyzed to attain the final goals.
Problems and challenges faced for carrying out management team tasks
The various difficulties and challenges I have confronted for carrying out management teams tasks in
F&B outlet during the whole planning process:
The organization will not properly explain the tasks goals or purposes before going to perform it
that presents a large problem for me to carry out the task in the long run and results in failed at
the end.
Secondly, I faced problem while working with inexperienced team members with lack of skills to
holding the tasks at hand. This problem or challenge slow down the growth of my work and may
lead to end of the project ineffectively.
No open communication between our team members poses a massive risk in my whole project
as lack of communication in planning of F&B events and menu cards leads to unsuccessful
management of task (Chen, 2009).
Judgement and recommendation on HR processes and documents
The HR procedures and documents can be better by:
Using the documents management system to free up the floor space as they do not require to
save several physical documents only those important to their operations.
They must have scanned documents into a dedicated platform that they will also able to be
more simply track and manages the information or data (Johnson, Et al, 2018).
Impacts of regulations, legislation and ethical principles upon decision-
making
According to me, the impact of regulation on decision making are:
Increase the participation of stakeholder
Better accountability of task
The impact of legislation on decision making:

F&B outlet tasks are carried out fairly.
Protect investors, creditors and customers.
Protect from the harmful dealing caused due to defective services.
The impact of ethical principles upon decision making:
Helps to clarify the issues involved in a situation
Employees in F&B decide what they consider is the correct course of action.
Reject the route which will lead to the major short-term profit (Nizamidou, 2018).
Analyses of methods of communication coordination and monitoring
within team
Methods or Ways of communication:
I noticed in F&B outlet the written and body language method of communication with their team
members as they share important information regarding the task by way of mail system or manual
documents and also they use facial expression to attend the customers deliberately.
Methods of coordination:
I recognized that they clearly defined the objectives that they have to perform for accomplish
the task.
They maintain cooperation with the each other for related task.
The comprehensive policies are made for teams to achieve the goals (Rico, Et al, 2008).
Method of Monitoring:
They use qualitative method of monitoring for monitor the progress that are particularly important
when the F&B outlet implement the phase of a task this results in insights into the task related activities
in F&B as these are being implemented.
All these methods helps in achieving the stated goals effectively and efficiently.
