INTRODUCTION
Organizational behaviour refers to the behaviour of the individual person working within the
organisation. Basically it indicates the idea of how the individual person interact and behave
with employees of the organization (Cross and Carbery, 202). The present report will examine
the permanence of the team with the assistance of the reflective model.
MAIN BODY
GIBBS REFLECTIVE MODEL
It is one of the most famous and effective model which reflect the experience of the individual
person. The Gibbs model is consist of the five elements which are named as description, feelings,
evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action plan.
Description: during the assessment I have learned about the teamwork and performance of the
team. In order to acquire all the knowledge I conducted the research on the organizational
behaviour and go through the article which is deep root and far from soft option which is
delivered by the famous author named as Jack Wood. In the assessment various people help me
out in collecting and gathering all the information in effective as well as efficient manner. Apart
from that acknowledge myself that the coordination and co-operation make complicated thing in
easy and appropriate manner.
Feelings: at the time of the completion and collection of the data I was having the strong feeling
that I will not able to complete this task on time and it will be hard for me to assume situation. In
short, I was nervous before analysation of the assessment but later on I realized that the
assessment is about the teamwork in the organization which is the essential for operating and
leading the function of the company in appropriate style (Elsmore,2017) . I personally feel that
the teamwork is the most important part of the organization because it brings positive culture in
the company. Along with that after analysation I started believing that the skills of the teamwork
will deliver the assistance in dealing with the forthcoming challenges and obtain the new
opportunity. Apart from that I have learned for managing the team in appropriate manner it is
important to have the heathy communication with the employees of the organization. Along
with that I have strong feeling of enhancing my performance with the learning of various skills
and knowledge.
Evaluation: from the assessment the positive thing I have identified that the working in the team
increase the values of the employees in the organization also enhance the satisfaction of the

workers at the workplace. Basically the team is the essential component that increases the
knowledge and resolve the personal as well as professional issues jointly or togetherly. Apart
from that I analysed the teamwork increase the production and profitability of the company as
lots of people work on the common mission and vision of the company with the same dedication
(Ibrahim and Daniel, 2019). With the teamwork I can bring the creativity within the
organization. At the time of the assessment I also collect negative thought about the teamwork
that was bad experience for me. It highlighted that some time the teamwork bring conflicts
within the organization which decrease the value of the company in the marketplace. To avoid
the conflict it is important to have the problem solving and coordination, communicational skills
because the communicational skills bring good understanding among the working people of the
company. Apart from that with the communicational skills the people can exchange their ideas
and views in appropriate manner. In context to that I collect various information from different
sources for instance I explore the internet and read the articles .
Analysation: from the assessment I have examined that the people of the organization are
having different views on the teamwork in the organization. Some members of the group
support the teamwork cycle some are not in favour of the teamwork they prefer to work
individually. The employees believe for completion of the task they require positive culture in
the organization (Brock, et.al 2017) . Moreover, I have observed that the teamwork leads to
creativity as in the team lots of the people work jointly which have different mind sets and skills.
The operating task in the group resolve the issues in fast and unique way beside that it also
develop the personal as well as professional bond among people of the organization.
Conclusion: after all the determination I have identified my strength and weakness which I can
use for the future growth. While making the research I observed that in orders to lead the team a
person need to required the leadership skills in which the individual person provide training and
development programme to the workers in effective as well as efficient manner, and I am
wonderful at leading the people. I am also having the good creativity and communicational
skills to interact with the members of the company and creative ideas for the welfare of the
organization. After all the strength I observe that I need to focus on my weaknesses which can
become threats for me in the future or the barrier in the growth. I'm terrible in completing the
task on time which indicate that I am not serious about my work. Time management is the
essential tool to bring the professionalism in the life and obtain the opportunity of best career

model.
