Introduction
This essay is followed by the Gibbs reflection cycle, in which main topic is the
Registered Nurse Standards “thinks critically and analyse nursing practice”. The pattern used in
Gibbs is first to provide description, then feelings, evaluation of discussion, analysis of the
subject, conclusive results & conclusion and in end an action plan is discussed. The practice of
becoming an registered nurse is not an easy task. I have personally experienced it. Their is
always so much to study & understands things related to every aspects that I had to juggle
between learning, understanding and applying several things at one time. I had to work with
proper therapeutic and professional relationship with all community, family and friends. I have
experienced several cases in which people were having several health issues either physical or
mental and in some cases people are having health related challenges as well (Smith & Roberts
2015). The Australian culture is correct blend of culture & rituals with several linguistic
languages used in day to day lifestyle. Being a nurse I have to always follow towards providing
importance of culture & history of any person. As being an professional registered nurse I have
to be complete my duties and responsibilities as mentioned in the Australian primary health care
nurses association. The profession I belong from needs a nurse to be multitasker and should have
knowledge about everything. This also include several research, strategies and developing
several evidence or proof regrading making decisions. This is done to give correct information
on therapeutic basis which will implicate several results of people. The classes and activity skills
period has endured my concepts in which I have discovered huge skill which is to be convention-
er. Also I have learned to become independence and manage all sort of being professionally fit. I
have always learned over here that one has to be mentally and physically fit to be practically be
responsible for the health and safety of myself and the patient as well. We have always been said
to be responsible for all information with correct statistical data and information in which one
has to keep their personal and professional life apart. One in this profession has to be capable
enough for providing information to other people and should give the correct information as
well. As a student one has to remember all standards and provisions which are compulsory to
follow while working as a professional nurse (Pianpen & Koraneekij, 2016). Their is a pro-rata
basis on which standards and criteria are maintained and followed some of them are like, critical
thinking, therapeutic & professional sort of relationship with all patients, conduct assessment
with capability to perform, safe work and in last qualitatively analyse the work and full fill all

gaps in the following. All such procedure followed is a logical procedure in which one has to
keep control on their emotions and keep a distinctive face for which a behavioural aspect must be
created by the person. Correct implementations of such rules or provisions helps a person in
qualify on all standards of this profession. This essay is bifurcated in two methods in which one
the examination is studies and in the rest mechanisms which influences such concepts. Nursing
education has become an brand obligatory option and in which there are several tools which
helps in providing real nursing a learned and evidential from and own suggested reflected
suggestion which will help in providing several aspects of several aspects in nursing. I have to
analyse such stands and levels which will help in self analysing myself and will be creative in
aspects of proper evidential (Potter, 2015). The procedure of internal analysis and self
development has reflected several aspects and commercial workings in such profession. Writing
for self observation helps in getting better in professional skills.
