individual the most important skills is communication because this will help people in exchange

of my significant qualities is that I explain things to others and this helps me in maintain good
communication, through eye contacts. This is a significant quality, for the most part because this
helps me in looking in the eyes of a person that I speak with and it helps me in building the
confidence and a feeling of certainty and increases trusts (Deveugele, 2015). Eye to eye
connection is one of the strategies and helps in communicating with each other. The people have
to understand that it is always difficult for an individual to maintain a relationship that is full of
trust when the communication is not without eye contacts. It is the important factor for an
interview because in most interviews they look for an ability to maintain some elements of
confidence. They are looking for employees who can communicate because they will be helping
them in increasing the performance.

technology to communicate. This includes computers, mobile phones, etc. It is important to
