3SUSTAINABLE STUDIO
Part 1
Section A
I have majorly seen that in the working of the project there can be different types of
changes which can be implemented. The changes are majorly done in the sector when there is
some form of issue or risk faced with the working of the project. One of the sectors in which the
alteration is made is in the sector of meeting the deadline of the project. In some of the cases, it is
majorly seen that the project would be reaching the deadline and the execution of the project is
not done properly. In this case, the manpower which is involved in the working of the project
would be increased. It can be stated here that the sector of reaching the desired goal of the
project within the timeframe which is predefined can be a crucial success factor (Klein,
Biesenthal and Dehlin 2015). According to me, there are other factors even which is linked with
the aspect of the maintaining of the time framework of the project. It can be stated here if the
time of the project is not maintained it would be directly affecting the sector of the budget of the
project. The budget can be one of the factors which can directly lead the project to the failure of
the project.
Section B
Polymer soil stabilization according to me can directly refer to the concept of the addition
of polymer which would be directly improving the quality which is linked with the aspect of the
physical property of the soil. The physical property of the soil can be considered as one of the
important criteria relating to the sector of physicality of the soil. The concept can be related to
the aspect of the geotechnical engineering. I have seen there are various of polymers which are
implemented into the concept. In the near future, it can be stated that there is different
functionality which can be related to the concept of the improving the standard which is related

to the concept of the engineering which can be applied to the sector. The main concept which can
be involved in the concept would be the sector of the increasing of the erosion and the increase in
the soil shear strength. I have seen that soil degradation factors are crucial in the environmental
factors which can directly impact the eco system as a whole.
Section C
The main propose which according to me should be enforced is the change is the
reduction of the overall cost which is related to the concept. The sector of cost according to me is
one of the important factors which reflects the different sector of the working. It can be stated
that the main advantage in the sector would be the reduction of the shear strength and directly
support the structure of the soil. A wide range of polymers can be directly implemented into the
concept which would be beneficial in the sector of the working of the technology (Ika 2015).
There is a different concept which can be applied to the aspect which would be directly
beneficial in the sector of the implementation of the technology and how they can be directly be
implemented into the concept of the working of the technology.
Part 2
Section 2
The concept of the time management according to me can be done in a proper manner by
means of initiating a plan. The plan would be indicating all the task which has to be performed
and the time which would be involved in the execution of the task. In most the cases resources
planning takes place which directly indicated the sector of the working which would be involved
in the successful delivery of the project (Klein, Biesenthal and Dehlin 2015). Time management
can be stated as one of the most important factors which is related to the working of the project.
Taking into consideration the time management aspect it is majorly taken into consideration by

the project manager who is one of the most important people in the team. The project manager
takes control of the necessary actions and the actions which should be implemented within the
working would be implemented by the project manager. In most of the cases, it can be stated
time are a major focal point in the overall working of the project. If I was given a chance to
manage the timeline I would be directly implementing the sector of the soil reduction concept
which is related to the quality of the soil.
Section 3
According to me the concept of the communication skills can be very much beneficial in
the sector of the efficiently working in the project. The overall role in the concept of achieving a
level of communication which would be helping in the sector of working towards a goal which is
pre-defined. The communication skills according to me can help a project to reach the desired
level of success which would be beneficial for the projects overall success factor. (Golini,
Kalchschmidt and Landoni 2015). The communication skills can be very much important in the
sector of creating a means of communication for the different employee who is directly engaged
into the working of the project. I have seen that communication skills are not textual skills which
are learnt but these are skills which are gained from experience and knowledge gathering.
Section 4
According to me, a leader is someone who would be directly able to handle different
sector of the working of the project. There are different types of skills which should be
pertaining in the sector of the leadership role (Marcelino-Sádaba et al. 2014). The leader should
be able to get in contact with the different skills which is related to the manipulation of the task
which is related to the working of the project and driving the project to the factor of the success.
Functionally it can be stated that there is a different sector of involvement which the employee or

the workers of the project should be achieved from the project manager who is the leader of the
project. In the sector of the risk factor, the leadership aspect can be stated to be playing a very
important role which would be directly focusing on the aspect of the concept of the resolving the
issue which are majorly seen in the sector of the project. A leader as I have seen in the majority
of the cases should be able to deal with different types of a condition which would be directly
enhances the success factor of the project. In a project, there can be different types of risk factors
oriented in the aspect of the working (Kerzner and Kerzner 2017). One of the factor which
should be taken into consideration is that the plan which is related to the mitigation of the
problem can be stated to be very much important which would be directly linked with the
problem which is identified. I can say here that the role of the project leader is one of the most
important sector due to the factor that it can decide the overall working of the project which
should be directly linked to the aspect of the controlling of the project and reaching the project to
the factor of success. Leadership quality according to me is very much vital and it can be
obtained from different level of expertise in the working domain of the project. Training should
also be given to project manager to enhance the quality of expertise which would be imparted
into the working of the project.
Section 5
The professional development can be stated as one of the important factors which should
be taken into consideration. In most of the cases it can be seen that there are different types of
innovation which can be seen in the sector of the technology and it can be stated that the
development and the learning of the technology can be very much crucial in the sector of gaining
competitive advantage (Lientz and Rea 2016) The aspect of the personal development can be
stated to be one of the factors which can directly lead the team to the factor of the success and it

would be needing some form of technological aspects related to the concept. Training can be
taken into consideration in which development of the different sectors so that they can be
directly be implemented in the sector of the project so that different types of competitive
advantage can be gained from it. The main focus which can be seen in the sector is the
adjustment of the overall working of the project so that the project directly reaches the factor of
success without any issue faced into the implementation.
Section 6
The concept which can be related to the engineering ethics according to me can be related
to the concept of the whistleblowing. Technological ethics and whistleblowing can be stated to
be very much linked with each other. The main sector which is taken into consideration in the
aspect is that if there are any type of unethical aspects or working which is seen within the
working of the organization, it should be directly be informed of any unethical aspect which can
be involved into the concept of the working (Bucero and Englund 2015). There can be different
types of a factor which can be seen in the sector relating to the leaking of personal data of the
organization. The overall working of the organization should be very much less error and ethics-
free so that the overall operation of the can be done in a proper manner. Ethics should be
included into every domain of working so that it does not intend to degrade the quality of
approach which is related to the working.
