Introduction
In higher eduction, student get success and make encompass both educational values and
early career performance. This will include different type of activities within higher educational
programmes. This will include college graduate, cumulative GPA, degree attainment and
different student retention. There are various skills and essential success points which are useful
for making supportive academic writings which are basically related to the family support,
academic performance, life skills and making different academic writings abilities. All of the
academic skills and their success give the important impact on positive outcomes and their
values. Further it will provide different technical languages and make a demand for higher
occupational future (Deggs and Hernandez, 2018). There are different skills and knowledge are
required as per the performance activities including different skills and knowledge. I learned
different skills which are make an importance of Note taking and time management skills,
networking and Critical Thinking and academic credibility. Further this project include analysis
of different skills based gained knowledge based on different theories, strategies and criticism. In
next section, performance analysis with having general behaviour and attitudes. All of these are
related to the general behaviour and attitude of the student which are represent in the Reflective
Commentary and their personal learning abilities.
Analysis and gained knowledge
Note taking and time management skills
Note making and time management skills are one of the most important skills for
considering different factors and accomplish setting targets. This is all related to time
management, that is essential for student to make balance in academic, work and leisure time
period. With the help of achieving these objective a student is more likely to succeed and less
likely to stressed. The theory which has been used in time management skills is time
management matrix (Donnelly, 2017). This theory will help the activities and prioritize the goals,
task and assignment. Here are main four quadrants, which are related to:
Quadrant 1- Urgent and important; examples- academic exams, fire and important lectures.
Quadrant 2- important but not urgent; examples- complete syllabus and study group.
Quadrant 3- Not so important but Urgent; example- Interruptions and distractions.

Quadrant 4- Not so important and not Urgent as well; example- busy work, time wasters and
many trivial things.
This theory is helpful in analysing the note making and time management skills, but at
the same time this theory criticise the impact of this theory. As different people are facing
different difficulties in identifying their work activities as per the above two mentioned.
For improving the time management and note making skills, it is important to identified
daily based activities and manage as per the note-making skills. Which is very helpful fro
assigning different activities and make sure about different personal and academic lifestyle. All
of the activities are assigned for improving grade and learning ability of students. This help them
to manage their activities and work load for completing their academic leaning objective which
are related to accomplishing major learning style and capabilities.
Networking
Networking is the main connection which help in build up the relation and make more
connection with others. There are various factor which help the students for understanding the
need of networking and help them with different social media platform, and make day to day
networking for established a good image within the higher educational institute. This skill is
helpful in designing and making strong image and value within market and make a support
whenever needed by the student. It will further help in assigning the designed structure and make
sure about completing networking (Orr and Shreeve, 2017). The theory Of action is used in the
networking skills which are basically related theory of learning. Social learning theory is all
related to found something new and make more connection in different social learning theories.
With the help of social interaction people are learning and make learn in isolation. While social
networking software is all related to helpful context with other development and achievement.
That actually help the student to make strong connection and make social learning theory. But
this theory criticise the behaviour of different type of student which are related and applicable to
their basic activities. While working in an organisation this is one of the most important skill for
a fresh student who recently engage with professional activities.
In order to improve this skill student are needed to improve and make more connection
for accomplishing the behaviour and identify the nature as per the need. The need of Networking
in an academic institute they are needed to make networking which help them to get more
socialised and get different and effective knowledges.

Critical Thinking and academic credibility
Critical thinking are mainly include as different credibilities which actually access and
process the followers. This skill is used by the student when they are actually needed to be make
interpretation which are work as per the making evaluative and argumentative behaviour.
Whereas academic credibilities is all related to reflection and make credible resources in order to
achieve sufficient resources. This will be related to the different indivisible behaviour and make
the flow of different information and news (Tight, 2018). There are mainly different features and
behaviour that come to start and with having curious behaviour, being open-minded, think
according to the behaviour and make analytical and mature feeling of the student. This theory is
related to the growth and success of the student which is actually related to the measurement of
different practices which are basically related to successful rational thinking and their probability
actions. One of the most ineffective criticism which are related to the growth and nature of being
critical and having academic credibility show the high chance of measurement and success
within an organisation.
This is the skill which is relevantly very important and essential for the success factor of
student. So this I important for the student to analysis and make a growth in the skill that actually
help the student to make most criticality approaches and make high academic credibilities. All of
these are related to the growth and measurement of student life and make successful activities
while working in an academic professional activities.
Analysis of performance
In order to complete different activities and make sustainable skills and abilities than it
would be helpful for complete different assignment and make sure about different approaches.
While gaining different skills and knowledge there are lots of challenges and strength are
analysed for completing their basic advantage and disadvantages. All of the above skills which
are gained by me is all related to different assignment, presentation and behavioural activities
analysed by within class (Walshe and Driver, 2019).
Time management skill is related to different academic integrity and help my self to
analysis the situation and make more competitive advantage through different skills and abilities.
Time management is helpful in managing activities timely and assigns different activities in a
very organised manner.

Networking is all helpful for assigning and manage different activities which help to gain
support from different sources. The strong advantage of the networking abilities is related to
make strong image within institution and get supportive help for gaining more knowledge. While
another disadvantages is that I can face is it will waste more time in making connection with
others and remove strong opportunities to access the time period. So it is somehow important as
well create major disadvantages for me to analysis the situation in order the different aspect of
academic institution.
In Critical thinking and academic credibilities are related to major relationship with major
thinking approach which are helpful in managing different professional activities and their
management creative. It is an important aspect that to make critical thinking while teacher give
us supportive assignment we have to completed on specified time and make sure about different
academic credibilities (Winstone and Carless, 2019). All of these are related to academic
credibilities which are supportive for assigning and managing supportive cultural societies. And
at the same time it will make some demotivated function within an institution which are make
supportive essential presentation and assignment skills. I concluded that these skills are helpful
in managing abilities and skills which are assigned for different activities.
Conclusion
In the above project there are lots of effective skills and abilities which are related to
higher education and their impact on the students personal and academic life structure. There are
mainly three skills are analysed and gain various type of skills which are affect the success and
growth of my own future. In the time period of completing this project there are some difficulties
are arise in order to collect different sectors. Challenges while facing time management,
Networking, critical thinking and making different academic credibilities are analysed and
managed in the different time period. This is further identified that there are some major
strengths for understanding more skills and their values within the life during academic or
professional sectors. As they will create the majority of success and measurement of lifestyle and
their performance abilities that further get an valuable impact on the success nature of a student.
All of the above report is further submitted through the academic integrity and assignment,
presentation and normal behaviour of a students.
