INTRODUCTION
Different challenge raise efficiency and provide knowledge idea about new things
engagement and every challenge of life gives information about how individual can raise
their personality. I face multiple issues in my life, so I recognize and I observe that its
essential that individual develops potential to resolve any challenges (Malunda,
Atwebembeire and Ssentamu, 2021). This report will provides information throughout
presentation that how many challenges I face in my life and which things I gain and build
effectiveness in my personality development.
MAIN BODY
Presentation challenge
Here I present presentation on development of new skill expansion with specific goal
setting. This presentation shows many features which is beneficial for completion of specific
gaols in life. I analyse various aspect like personality development course is useful for new
achievement and it develops efficiency in communication process as well as build confidence. I
analyse that so any unwanted environmental factors influences performance of individual (Chun
and Jyung, 2021).
Five year goals:
I recognize that individual has to improve multiple skills for their personal development
when I was analysed that I complete my graduation in marketing field, so I decide to become
marketing executive in retail field. I prepare charts structure for some specific skills which
beneficial for achievement of long term goal.
Benefits of graduation degree:
I analyse that when I was doing graduation I develop and gain knowledge from experts
those have great knowledge about marketing field acquirement. I observe that my teachers
always motivates for build my career for great position in marketing. Almost last 2 to 3 years
online marketing raise great position in market, so I choose that my medium term goal is to build
technological marketing activities knowledge that how retail industry can build their business
performance with the application of innovative tools in business.
Impacts of Covid-19 on employability:
This pandemic influence the overall world economy or it badly impacts on individual
situations. It also impacts on my medium term goal as well and long term goal because I decide

that I develop training for my effective communication and gain knowledge about technological
tools application for marketing activity. Covid-19 stops numerous activities, it badly influences
the employee performance. So many organizations decide that they not have potential to
provides them salary to they remove employees.
Time to become demonstrated leadership:
I recognize that when individual become demonstrated leadership skills it will defiantly
raise and build efficiency for their business performance. I observe that if company not consider
this specific leadership style it will defiantly decrease efficiency of employee. So becoming
marketing executive in future I clearly decide that I have to develop research and training from
specific trainer who has great sense to build efficiency for business performance.
Industry trends and their implementation:
Industry trends refers to concept which is mainly develops for their expansion and growth
of business. I analyse that mainly companies develop innovation techniques for their business
growth and expansion of numerous aspects (Ramaci and et.al., 2021). I analyse that
implementation of new resources in organization require motivation, like if company wants to
develop technology advancement employees require learning sessions and training for it.

T-shirt challenges refers to activity which is prepares by organization to build efficiency
towards with the specific reason. I analyse that multiple organization apply this concept for
specific reason or build attraction with business. I also produce shirt for which build efficiency in
engagement of different people work together (Suprapto and Hidaayatullaah, 2021). Specifically
I consider celebrates diversity T-shirt because I analyse that every organization build diversity
and this is the best way of marketing and generates awareness.
Comfortable and unique idea which rise efficiency towards with the people,
individual mind-set will change.
Easy to wear and easy to advertise and provide guidance about specific aspect.
Like I prefer Celebrate efficiency because I work on organization and their has so
many departments, so development of effective work environment require
diversity that every individual develop their engagement efficiently.
Affordable and it reduces time because T-shirt price is not very higher and their
making charges is also at good price, so I analyse that every individual can easily
buy this specific product also many organizations who want to show that they
apply diversity in their business function they also buy this T-shirt.

I build knowledge about how people react and raise question why this specific word or
quotation is essential to write on T-shirt and this specific thought is build reputation of company.
New enterprises or small business can also apply this strategy to raise their business performance
according to their organization quality individual can write effective and unique quotation which
raise engagement of new customer as well as it raise goodwill.
Apprentice challenge
Market plan preparation require knowledge and analysis of multiple aspects, because
market plan is the only option which raise effectiveness of business. So I saw when group of
people develop and prepare market plan they specify numerous aspect like which individual has
potential to raise effective project expansion, and they have communications and innovativeness
for effective marketing of not. And analysis of multiple aspect I clearly found result that market
plan is challenging aspect preparation of effective plan requires knowledge and application of
market experts. And individual employee has to consider and focuses on their given instruction. I
am very clear above preparation of every framework or plan require effectiveness and it builds
efficiency in business activity.
I analyse that this challenges is basically produces for improvement in overall business
performance. This specific issue is build when organization produce marketing plan. Application
and analysis of this activity or process in marketing plan I build my knowledge and collect so
much information for my future growth and new opportunity expansion when is saw company
face this challenge when they want to develop effective market plan for their growth or for new
opportunity expansion (Agama and Ohajionu, 2021). I recognize that they apply apprentice
challenge because it builds numerous activities which is beneficial for individual skill expansion
are as follows,
Time management:
When I saw that company effective prepares particular market plan, its beneficial for
overall business growth and it highly influences the business performance. Also, I build time
management because specific task and perfect framework of work can build and raise efficiency
in business activity. So overall activities provides me clear and specific idea that if individual

for future. Also, it provides new opportunities in the future. Because every individual require
time management in their life for particular goal completion (Wennerstrom, Haywood and
McTighe, 2021).
Team spirit:
Development of market plan require perfect team work if business not consider team
spirit and not provides them training it badly influences the business performance. I analyse that
team work is only option which raise business performance, and also in life school, collage every
place if students develop team building it influences performance of business, I recognize that
every individual develop team work and raise performance for specific time. Training and
motivation is the best way to generate team spirit and it reduces time of particular project
completion. If every individual follows team spirit in their life it defiantly builds and raise
efficiency in quality of life.
Sense of achievement:
I recognize this aspect when I was in school when I achieve first position in class, this
feeling is basically every individual face in their live. Multiple situations build sense of
achievement, I feel like when business men achieve any specific task they build their sense of
achievement, it is only reason which raise efficiency of individual and I observe that I really
develop this sense of my effective growth and I have potential to achieve new achievement with
the help of new thing expansion. And training and motivation is the best option to build new
sense of achievement.
