simple. The process of exchanging information of sharing the ideas among two or more
corporate individuals in an effective fashion that enables the individuals to understand it
without any sort of discomfort, is considered to be the effective business communication in
the modern business context (Cardon, 2014). The impact of the conflict in the operations of
the modern business organization is seen to be of great significance and that is the reason
responsible for the increasing importance of the implementation of the effective business
communication in the modern generation organizations (Quintanilla & Wahl, 2018). This
plays a major role in the creation of a healthy and safe working environment which motivates
the employees of the organizations to strive towards the achievement of the higher growth of
the organizations. The paper is dedicated in the discussion of the crucial topics of the 10
week activities. In addition to this, the paper provides a detailed analysis of the internal and
the external communication. The paper also provides notable information regarding the self-
reflective essay and the intercultural communication and the implications of it in my future

thinking, overload and not entertaining are the major contribution of the activity In addition
to this, the 3rd week’s activity was significant for me as I was able to know that the formal
request for undertaking the job of a company is conducted through the employment letter and
on the other hand, the written documentation of the candidate’s information regarding his or
her competencies is portrayed through the curricula vitae. The identification of different
techniques for the effective linkage of my skills, competencies and experiences with the job
requirements of the employer is the main contribution of the activity.
In the following week, I was able to understand the fact that the references are the
formal acknowledgement of other’s work and along with that, I also understood the
importance of producing the credit to the concerned person while using their creations. In the
5th week, I was able to understand that the self-reflection of the events and the activities can

communicate effectively with the employees of mine so that I be able to assess the training
and development needs of them, the grievances of them regarding their payments and the
work structure (Sorrells, 2015). As I have the objective of operating in a multinational
organization, I will be subjected to manage the employees of different culture, society and the
nations and in doing so the understanding of the intercultural communication will be
