Health and social care is the term which is used used to the services which are available
for the general public relating to their health and other social aspects like education,
unemployment, etc. It is very crucial aspect in present business scenario because many people
are not aware about the problems faced by them can be related to the serious health issues.
Institution undertaken in this report is Royal London hospital which works as a sub part of NHS
trust and enhances the district general services and specialist tertiary care services for patients
from London. This report will explain the role of reflection in health and social care practices
and it will use the practice theme as a framework for reflection.
