My own practice in planning, delivering and assessing inclusive teaching and learning
has helped me in delivering as well as assessing inclusive teaching and learning (Barton, 2020).
As per the Brookfield model of reflection, there are four different lenses such as the
autobiographical lens, the student’s eyes, colleagues’ experiences, the theoretical literature. In
the first lens, I used pedagogical aspects that should be strengthened. And during this, the
different activities that I used included teaching logs, audits as well as recordings. On the other
hand, in the student’s eyes, the activities were included that were formal evaluations, interviews
as well as focus groups etc. For the colleagues experiences, I used learning circles and
collaborative problem solving. And lastly for theoretical literature, conferences, professional
journals etc. can be used. Therefore, it can be said that this is one of the effective models that
helped me in the planning of the inclusive teaching and learning in an effective manner.
Schon's reflection in-and on- action model is another model of reflection that can be used
for the assessment of own practice (Cotán Fernández and et.al., 2021). By following Schon's
version of reflection, I may have a wondering approach to your nursing exercise. I will
remember why things are as they may be, and the way they could be. One will bear in mind the
strengths and regions of improvement for your own exercise as a nurse, wondering why gaining
knowledge of studies might be this manner and considering a way to develop them. As an end
result, what I will do to be carefully planned, knowledgeable via studies and previous
experience, and centered, with logical reasons.
Kolb’s reflective cycle is one of the other models of reflection that is commonly used to
reflect and understand the learnings from an experience. During the planning process, I
encountered the situation that various sources had to referred to in order to complete the same. I
think that this experience was of importance for me because it helped me in understanding the
different factors that have to be taken into account for the effective planning of the inclusive
teaching and learning. This helped me in giving a new idea that I can take into account the
learning needs of the individual learners to make sure that they are able to gather as much
information and hence, perform in an effective manner. This will also make sure that their
respective short-term as well as long-term goals are achieved.

There are different ways in which my own practice in planning, delivering as well as
assessing inclusive teaching and learning can be done. One of the ways in which this can be done
is that the learner group is diverse included people from different backgrounds. I am interested in
developing my understanding of working with different people who have disabilities. I would
like to visit other day centres that offer primary skills guides and discuss the success or disasters
in companies they've a large homeless day centre inirmingham that runs publications, so I will
look into touring them and discussing their enjoy" I am additionally a member of a homeless ln
countrywide on-line discussion board A so I will post questions approximately they have got
designed specific curriculums and draw from a wealth of countrywide enjoy on this area. This
will help in identifying the new ways in which the overall performance can be improved so that
the learners are able to develop the best understanding of the teaching.
This is the last and the final stage of the Kolb’s reflective model wherein I will have to
implement all of my learnings in the practical situations that might come up in the future. I have
learned many new things about inclusive learning wherein I will try to include various methods
and ensure that the students are able to enhance their learnings and develop new skills. Hence,
this will lead to an increase in their overall performance as well as efficiency. If in the future, a
similar situation arises, I will try to implement my knowledge in order to ensure that the situation
can be dealt with in an effective manner. I think that this will help me in enhancing my overall
level of outcome and ensure that the desired goals as objectives are achieved in an effective
manner (Giaconi and et.al., 2020).
