Incident Case Analysis
 The following story board is of my research on the topic Impact of training in
leading better Professional Identity.
 Throughout my presentation I would prefer to my professional identity and
experiences. So, by performing this project, one of my incident which I am going to
be discussed is that while understanding the Impact of training in leading better
Professional Identity.
 Moreover, I get to understand that professional identity of the personnel are affected
by different types of factors under which the training of the working skills is one of
them.
 The professional identity of the person refers to the attitudes, values, knowledge,
beliefs and skills shared with others within a professional group.

 Also, this is I had discussed with my friends as well. Along
with this, after exploring more about the particular topic it
has been also identified that it is very helpful for me in
order to enhance my knowledge and competencies into
particular topics.
 In addition this, I also get to know that by organizing
several the number of frameworks under which different
types of skills are developed in the personality of the
employees due to the use of technology and proper
guidance from the experts.

 It has been also acknowledge my me that while
performing the professional role the individuals have to
deals with various gaps that occurs in between but the
training of the employees provides effective features to
the company under which they have analyse the key
areas which requires improvements in terms of the
knowledge.
 The management of the organisation develop effective
plan to fill such gaps before making them big problems
for the organisation.

while undertaking current project as it supports
subjective as well as socially constructed and composite
perspective to meet the set objective.

emotional intelligence survey is tend to be effective and
significant as it helps and supports the measurement of

self-assessment and self-growth.

• Along with this, I would felt that I like to be much self-aware
about my capabilities and not being so influence by self doubt.
Also, my identification of my personality kinds have ssistaed me
to feel involved that would assists me to align with my personality
and might aids me in improving my learning’s more.
• The most effectual tools which assists me in evaluating the pasts
events is Gibbs cycle framework. Its states my feeling that i felt
during that times which means I may able to view the actions how
I felt as well as therefore how may I goes on towards the effective
and obviate the negates aspects.
• Thereafter I ask to my self that which method would be most
appropriate for managing the situation.

• During the group research activity I realized that there were some areas
related to communication and interaction with others which need to be
improved in order to ensure that I work effectively in teams from next
time.
• Firstly I have learned from working in a team environment that my level
of digital communication is not effective.
• Critically analyzing the incident of group research I was not able to
effectively utilize digital technology at hand to maintain constant
communication with others and ensure that the work is being done in a
timely manner.

 It is important for me to develop knowledge regarding
digital communication because digital communication can help me
enhance team collaboration and ensure that I am much more
helpful in achieving objectives of the team.
One of the most recent development in recruitment is the usage of
digital technology to determine the suitability of individuals and
select candidates who have digital presence suitable for the
company culture and vacant position of the company.
The positive impact is that through information about the digital
activities of candidate business firms are able to understand their
complete personality.

• The recent development in requirements for employment is that previous
work experience in the field increases the priority of candidates ad they
are familiar with the corporate environment of that specific sector.
• The positive impact of the employment requirement is that it helps
businesses knowledgeable firms with experience in the corporate sector.
• I believe that working on my skill development in the field of digital
communication will not only help me enhance my communication skills
but it will also help me become a better investigator.
• I believe that knowledge of digital technology and ICT is essential for an
individual’s personal and professional growth.

 This development in employment requirement negatively affects newly
graduate students as they need previous working experience to gain
competitive edge in the labor market. The primary weakness I have is my
intolerance which affects my ability to handle inexperienced individuals.
 This is because I am not risk taker and do not enjoy implementing
unconventional ideas. This increases my intolerance towards
experimentation as I believe that following pre-determined schedules is
more beneficial for completing goals.
 In addition to this my impatience is another weakness which affects my
leadership capabilities and nature while working in teams.

 Personally I have also discovered after critically
analysing the situation of group researched I faced that my
stress management skills are also weak. This means that I
am not able to perform as effectively when placed in
highly stressful situations.
 The lack of stress management skills can have grave
impact on the growth of my professional career as I will
not be able to attain large scale goals and become efficient
in order to work at high pressure leadership position.
