analysis their own work with standards and then think about how can they improvement in their
work (Schön, 2017). Report will highlight the skill audit SWOT analysis and an action plan for

causes or events. It involves observation, evaluation and explanation of the causes or variables or
events. It helps in identify the reasons behind any cause - effect relationship.
