management is also an important factor for achieving goals and objectives within time (Körkkö,
Kyrö-Ämmälä, and Turunen, 2016). For involving everybody in group, the first thing was to
listen to ideas of all interested participants of the team. Group presentation leadership is helpful
in making group more more effective. I have to manage that work is organised. Every group
member must be encouraged for getting things done in right manner. Group presentations needs
gathering of a large number of ideas that can be categorised and examined. When views of
everyone are heard and points of agreement and disagreement are identified, the best decision is
made within the group. For improving the group presentation, it is necessary for me to get better
results for achieving targets.
TASK 2
Reflection on how to approach future challenges and expectations
After graduating, my main goal is to get a good job where I cam use my potential and
achieve success. As I have learnt a lot of skills while pursuing study in university, I will use them
effectively while doing my job role. The main thing which I have to focus on is evaluating my
finances. I have to develop my skills and manage my money. It is essential for me to look out for
future goals. These will help me to make my life a better one. The main thing I get to learn from
graduation is how to be positive while facing negative situations. This will help me to do work in
effective manner (Leavy, and Hourigan, 2016). Resume is another thing that I learn in my
college. A good CV will be prepared by me so that I will get hired by a good organisation. Skill
development is the most beneficial thing that a professional can have. It is essential for that for
me that to pursue a good future, I have to manage my present skills and work. Skill development
is basically the identification of skill gap and development of existing skills for enabling an
individual to attain his or her goals (Olsen, 2016). So, an analysis of my skill will help me to
have a good future and achieve success in future.
CONCLUSION
It is concluded from the above discussion that development of skills is an important
factor of an individual's life. When students are allowed to work in groups there are opportunities
of developing skills and knowledge. This helps in managing a lot of activities and tasks
effectively. Individuals working within the groups have chance to build their successful future.
