issue which arise during implementation for new product introduction to
the ABN. Another role is to analysis different models and approach to
overcome issue which arise during the new product development

Introduction of New product development is more essential and
significant project for the ABN to maximise customer base and maintain
long run sustainability at marketplace. Beside this, business introduce a
honey based cream to reduce and prevent hair loss.
Main aim of this research is to introduce new product that would
support in treating hair loss by using honey.
Main objective of this research is to analysis concept of new product
development and issues which arise in during the introduction of unique
product to the market such as honey based cream (Bell, 2014).
Therefore, in this experience I have learned that launching a new
product is a complex process and involves extreme efforts of the team /

One of the main issue which is found by me such as poor
communication. It will highly effect on collecting accurate amount of
information from the respondents about the project. In order to
overcome this issue I have used different channels of communication
such as T.V. Newsletters and many other. IT will help me in collecting
accurate amount of information which is useful for me to easily
completing all activities of project. All these are support me in
gathering appropriate and relevant amount of data about the research
topic. My main reason behind choosing this approach is provide entire
information about the topic to the all team members in a systematic and
effective manner (Colucci‐Gray and et. al., 2013).

this I play vital role in making an individual on the team is

In implementation of project, there was different team members
that work with each other (Davidsson, 2013). It was identify as
main characteristics of my team member which help me in
completion of project within predetermined time period. Positive
key dynamic can change the way of my work in groups. Feedback
is positive team dynamic and leadership in negative team dynamic
that effect on my while completing each and every activity of
project. It will also essential in the success of group. On the other
hand, negative team dynamic can effect the overall performance
and effectiveness of my. A negative team dynamic can causes
people not happy which highly effect on overall performance of
team members. In order to managed team dynamic I was played
some role such as providing accurate information, using different
theories of motivation and so on. All these was helped me in
maximisation of knowledge and understanding about the
motivation and communication channels.

In collecting of feedback from my team members about the
project, I worked more well because in this I was able to easily
gather data at marketplace. . At the same, I have lack of
knowledge about how to lead and manage all work in proper
manner, For example: in order to improve my leadership skill I
will decide to attend meeting from my senior authority and many
other ways. This was highly support me in increasing of my
confidence level (Indrawan-Santiago, 2012). It was possible while
I was developed personal and professional development plan.

workplace, I was found two project management issue such as
poor flow of communication and poor planning. Both are highly
effective and influenced on my working about collecting data and
completing project within allotted time and cost. Main reason of
my behind choosing this issue is to overcome such problem
through adopting advanced technology and different channels of
communication. Both are essential and effective for me in
gathering accurate amount of data from the people and completing
each and every activities of research in given time period. Along
with this, to overcome both project management issue I was

First issue is poor communication that highly impact on my
performance while completing each activity of research in
systematic and give time period. In order to overcome poor
communication issue I have used different channels of
communication such as face-to-face, Broadcast media, mobile
communication, Electronic channels, written message and many
other. All these are help me to provide clear and accurate
information to the customers and team member. Poor
communication is main issue that highly impact on entire team
member and their performance in a direct manner. Main reason
about arising this issue is inaccurate flow of communication
between the top, middle and lower level authority. In this I have
used Yellow, Green and red reporting which is essential for me to
providing accurate information in a systematic manner. It is a type
of model that recording more details of information. With the help
of this model I was assumed that a plan of time, budget and scope
are unchanging and fixed. In this yellow reporter report the red
than green (Lien and et. al., 2014). This it is flow that help them in
overcoming communication barriers and achieving better results
within predetermined time period.
Seven Cs of communication is identify one of the main
academic theory or model that assist me to overcome this barriers
in an effective and systematic manner. 7Cs are used as a type of

theory to better understand the issue. This aspect includes Clarity,
Credibility, Content, Context, Continuity, capability and channels.
All these are determined as under:
Clear: It is refer as message must be done and geared to the
receiver’s attribute or perception. In this project I was found that
message which was delivered to other members of project team
was not clear and this give rise to communication issue.
Correct: In the project, I was also analysis that information was
communicated to other staff members of project team was
incorrect and this increase communication problem.
Complete: It is identify as another and essential part of the
communication theory. Beside this, I was found that message was
not complete which I was send to audience. Thus, it also rise
communication and impact on my entire work. (Mannay, 2015).
Concrete: In this, I was found that communication was not
accurate and correct. It highly increase communication issue
between the staff members.
Concise: It is a my role to identify the data should be precise and
accurate. In this I was found that lengthy sentence are increase
communication barriers while completing each and every activity
of project.
Consideration: Beside this I was analysed background, opinion,
mindset and knowledge of receivers. It will help me to
communicate all data or information in a proper manner to the
team member about the new product development project.
Courteous: In this I was analysed viewpoints and feelings of the
respondents or team members are not proper which effect on
delivering message to the other staff members.

reporting model is more essential and effective for me in order to
analysis issue in detain manner.
Red reporting: It was supported me in identifying the serious issues or

development project will likely be delayed and have important budget

Green: In this On budget and schedule was good. Thus, it assist to
identify main issue of communication.
Therefore, all these are essential and important for analysis
accurate and appropriate information about issue arising at organisation
(Martindale and Collins, 2012). Seven Cs of communication is
also identify as one of the main and essential academic theory
which help in to analysis detail information about the issue in
systematic and accurate manner. Such theory assist me developing
knowingness regarding the technical elements of communication.
Main aim of this model is to develop understanding on how an
individual communicate with other in an effective manner. This
model help me in providing clear message to the all members to
complete all activities of projects in an effective and proper
manner. This theory was used by me which help in identifying
information or data about how to overcome communication
problem in a systematic and effective manner.
7C's of communication theory is more effective and
beneficial for me because with the help of this I am able to provide
entire information in clear and credible manner. Thus, it is more
effective and support me in facilitating right interaction with other
team members. and analysis accurate response of respondents
about the new product development project. Further, it is used to
gain in-depth and detain data regarding impact of communication
on completion of project in given time period and cost.
Communication theory was also assist me to deal with
conflict situation and accomplish better results and outputs within
predetermined time period because with the help of better
communication, I am capable to complete each and every
activities of project easily through communication. Thus, it will
support me to maximise sales and profitability ratio of an
organisation within given time duration. There are different
significance of communication theory such as smooth running,
maximum productivity, assists other functions, job satisfaction,
establishment of human relations and many other. All these are
highly beneficial and effective for me to overcome poor
communication and attract effective advantages for company and

With the help of 7C's of communication and yellow, green
and red reporting model are more essential and significant for the
me to analysis proper data about the issue and its effects on
individual and team performance. Therefore, it will also important
and significant for maintaining long run sustainability and
reputation at marketplace. Communication theory also supported
me to conduct a survey and ask different questions to the
respondents about the importance of new product development to
the company and its staff members. It will be appropriate and
beneficial for collecting data from large number of population in
an easily way.

In this my new learning is to identify the importances of
communication. It is more effective and essential for me to
complete each and every activity of project in an allotted time and
cost. With the help of Yellow, red and green reporting model, my
team management skill have increased. Thus, it effect on my
future growth and development in direct manner when I managed
my all team member for completing any project. It will also help
me to maintain coordination and cooperation between the entire
team members and accomplish my personal and professional goal
easily. On the other hand 7C's of communication which is a part of
academic theory that help in providing clear, accurate, content and
appropriate information to the customers and team members about
the project. Thus, it will help me in improve my communication
skill and easily deal with conflict situation systematically. Thus,

Second issue which I found in the project management was Poor
planning which also impact on completing all activities of research
in an appropriate time period. For example: while introducing new

There are different reasons about information technology failure
such as poor communication, planning, not applying right
technologies, little testing, weak project management and many
other that highly effect on introducing new product development
to the company in effective and systematic manner. This will
highly influence on individual and team performance in a direct
and indirect manner. In order to overcome such type of issue I was
adopted planning theory. It is more essential and significant for me
to overcome poor planning issue. This theory was developed by
the Henry Mintzberg which includes some points are determined
as under:
Proper preparation: It is a my role to prepare accurate plan about
implementing project. Accurate plan help in decreasing chances of
technology failure at workplace. Proper preparation was support
me in managing better relation with my staff members and also
assist in analysing need of resources.
Proper documentation and tracking: It is another and important
way of overcoming technology failure systematic. It is a my role
as a project manager is to recording and monitoring information
about project management in an effective way. With the help of
process theory, I am able to record all information and data about
the opening and ending time of project.
Good leadership: It is another essential way and in which my role
is to ensure that project is successfully developed (World Health
Organization, 2012). Beside this, to overcome such issue, I was
provide accurate guidance to the other staff members. So that they
are able to deal all situation in an easy and effective way. Good
leadership in project management was beneficial for guiding all
team members about the project.
Experienced project manager: Knowledgeable and experienced
project manager was also supported me to improve effectiveness
and importance of technology at workplace.
Accurate cost Estimation: It is a my role is to identify
requirement of sufficient amount of capital for completing each
and every activity of project easily.

Motivating employees: In this motivation theory is help me to
motivate my staff members about technology. Thus it will assist
me in order to reduce chances of technology failure.
There are another important parts to overcome possibility of
technology failure at workplace. Some are determined as under:
Internet connectivity: Customer are highly depend on the internet
connectivity which is essential for the enterprise to attract different
number of customers easily. Apart from this, it is also essential for
me to have back connection of many other business.

In order to poor planning issue I was used planning theory which
is more effective and essential for me to analysis importance about
possibility of technology failure. Planning is important part for the
me as a project manager because with the support of this I
previously identify the cost and time of completing project. It was
also beneficial in analysing the main reason of technology failure.
Thus, in this I analysed different reasons including poor
communication, Underestimating or ignoring impact of change,
lack of leadership, lack of strong executive sponsorship, poor
project management, poor planning, trying to do it cheap, lack of
technical knowledge, lack of sound business case and poor vendor
management. All these information are collected with the help of
planning theory which is beneficial for me to overcome poor
planning issue in an effective and systematic manner (Colucci‐
Gray and et. al., 2013). Thus, it is more significant and effective
for me to achieve better outcomes and results in a given time
duration.
Therefore, with the assist of planning theory I understand
about the role of management and leadership in the project
management. Thus, planning is significant and useful concept for
me to deal with hard situation in an easy and systematic manner.
Planning theory is also support me to analysis appropriate and
accurate response of the staff members towards technology and its
significance for individual and group. Thus, accurate planning
about the technology help in reducing and decreasing chances of
the technology failure and help in maximisation of customer
number. It was also important and effective for me to accomplish

Planning is beneficial and essential in dealing with difficult
situation as well as accomplish long term goals and objectives

Appropriate planning about technology is more essential
