INTRODUCTION
Reflective learning is education form under which student mainly reflects on the learning
experiences. Theory about the reflective learning cites thus us as intentional as well as complex
process which identify role of experience and social context. It is one of the effective way that
permitting learners to be step back from earning experience, assist them to be develop the critical
thinking skills and improve on the future performance through analysing what they learned. It
can be effective for a person to become active learner through thinking in critical manner
regarding own ideas. For examining similar, there is Driscoll model of reflection used as this
developed into the structured process in order to guide and also examine reflection.
MAIN BODY
The present reflection is related to individual performance, experience as well as
behaviour in the education. Under this, major focus of a person is to examine experience and also
learning activities with particular activities as well as tasks. I am a student and I developed
effective learners during undertaking project related activities. Under this, I covered the
experience of total 6 weeks that I did in my module. With the help of this, my main focus is to
identifying my weaknesses as well as strengths which assists me in developing or grooming my
personality. In regards to this, Driscoll model of reflection (1994) is better framework which
support me in examining whole performance as well as experience in PSKC module.
Step 1: What?
This section mainly give main components of RM unify and the various attributes of the
Bunks Graduate which has been discussed by lecturer. In regards to this, my experience was
better as I have been examined the different strengths as well as weaknesses during undertaking
module and particular project tasks. Under this, different skills, better understanding and also
qualities which students require to be develop during the process of learning. As a students, my
main focus is on improving as well as improving the qualities and skills so that I can perform the
project related activities in an easy or reliable manner. All project related activities are mainly
done in 1st week. Related to this, I have the understand that the knowledge is mainly developed
as per the transformation of the experiences which learner mainly reflects, act and think again. In
context to this week, navigating the RM is mainly unify as well as searching the reliable and
valid sources which are allotted to me. This kind of phase consist aspects related to the

learning experience. In this module, I developed my knowledge based on the technological skills,
reading skills and digital literacy. In order to this, I can identify my weaknesses as my
knowledge is not better and can develop the negative impact on presentation skills. Because of
this, I faced the problems in presenting viewpoints in front of the others. In study session, I
analysed that I have good writing skills as I have taken the notes in meeting and also in seminars.
Other than this, I am good in the reading skills which support to me in growing my career at
higher scale. When comes to the referencing and citations, I am less confident because some
times I faced the failure in finding the authentic and valid references. On the other hand, I have
the knowledge about to use the Harvard referencing style according to the specific area. During
attending module, I have been examined that my analytical and research skills are better that can
help me in the in- depth study for drawing the valid conclusion to be successful. In order to
attaining the success in career, this is important for me to be work on my weaknesses and also
convert it into the strengths. It can be effective in developing the confidence level during
presenting my opinions on the basis of particular area.

The present reflection is better for me as this helps me in improving my learning skills
and make me the better learner that is ready to know about the new things and also learn
something new and better. In this module, I learnt different skills and aspects which assist me in
achieving future objectives. At this stage, I examined negative challenges as well as aspects
which I can be examined. Other than this, I worked on my weaknesses and convert them into the
strengths. I have been faced some negative aspects or weaknesses such as lack of IT proficiency,
