T shirt challenges
Now, these days’ businesses face T-shirt challenges. In previous times every company
use the media platform for the promotion of the product but now these days the promotion
strategy changes Businesses use these new challenges in front of the customer they use the T-
shirt challenges (Espinoza and Genna, 2021). The T-shirt challenge is to enhance customer
attention. Every company wanted to not promote the product o they sue the t-shirt challenges
every company their sales holder wear the company t-shirt and give an offer to the customer
if they wear a t-shirt and promo tot so they purchase product form this store (Pang and et.al.,
2019). This challenge is to give attention to the company name every people know the
company name and product of the T-shirt challenges. This challenge is useful when the
company brand is well known so that the customer wears the T shit but when the company is
new to the people do not participate in the challenge and they avoided this challenge.
The Skills
I was a student at the university, and I faced so many challenges while working on the
project. I’ve learned so many things with the help of working on this project to explain my
experience here I'm using Gibbs reflective cycle. This cycle helps us to understand better
about my project experience life which I’ve learned. Gibbs Reflective Cycle has 6 stages,
which cover all points & my experience –
1. Description – It is the first main step of the cycle which helps me to tell the topic. My
university gave a project in which we have to explain the challenges which we have faced
while working on the project & what are solutions to fix them.
2. Feelings – It is the second main step of the cycle in which we have to tell about our
experience. My experience is very good while working on the project because of this, now I
know where I’m standing after learning all these things & what I’ve to learn more (Saibovich,
2019). On working on this project my confidence level is strong because now I know what
steps or planning we have to create before starting any project or day to get the output.

3. Evaluation – It is the third main step of the cycle in which we have to tell experience
in both statuses means in a good way or in a bad way (Zeeshan, Idrees and Siddique, 2020).
My experience was counted in both forms it was good & it was bad too. In a good way, I’ve
learned so many things while working on the project like team management which is very
important for performing a task or achieving goals team management will help us. In a bad
way, I’ve faced so many difficult challenges while working like business skills because I
don’t have any single idea about it like how to crack the deal & how can we satisfy the client
requirements.
4. Analysis – It is the fourth main step of the cycle in which we have an analysis of the
project which I’ve done (Xie, 2022). According to my experience, I’ve analysed that I’ve do
put more effort on my communication skills which is very important for the student or
employee, and presentation skills this skill helps to present my thought or work & time
management is most important in all of these because if we capable to finish our work in
between the timeline is the very positive point of the employee, student, etc.
5. Conclusion – It is the fifth main point of the cycle in which we have summarised all
these steps (Mason, 2019). All steps are important for performing any task it shows the real
image of the student or person where they stand & they help me to improve my mistakes &
convert them into skills which is very important.
6. Action plan – It is the sixth & last point of the cycle in which we have to explain the
planning before taking any action before starting any project we have to divide it into the
team because in teamwork we will save time, learn more from others & project will complete
on the timeline.
Action Plan
After understanding the challenges and skills discussed in the reflection, it is
important to know that there are many areas which need to be improved (Kačamakovic and
Lokaj, 2021). This can be possible with the help of an action plan. The action plan is
