INTRODUCTION
I have to make the development plan by which I have make my strength and weakness
clearer that help to strengthen my skills and abilities by which more my working capability and
the performance will get improvised. It has been done by taking the ESE test and would
recognise the different weakness and it is more helpful to get able to know the weaker areas and
then I will start working on them (Bachmann, 2018). I have recognised some of my weaknesses
of mine and from there I have picked the 5 weaker areas that are needed to get focus on. After
that the goals has been set to get achieved that to fulfil the target and state the progress path. It
includes all the relative information that is needed to get recognised and make better
improvement in order to accomplish the goals with more perfection. This test will allowed me to
measure and analyse the progress by following the track and in that I have set more ambitious
goals that help in the future employability of mine.

CV and application
It is the first are that I have to develop and it is the CV and the application of mine that
helps further in my employability and added values to my professionalism. It is more valuable as
it emphasis the technical and the analytical skills that has been taken up as from the graduation
for from the working experience. “Having the effective CV is more important as reflect the set of
skills” that an individual have (Bogonko, 2018).
It is an area that I always want to get develop as I only have the educational background
in that I have done my graduation with 70% aggregate and after that I have an experience of
working in a small scale industry and that is in the accountancy firm. Thus in addition to this I
have nothing and in context of employability it is more necessary that the company. The CV are
more important as it provide the fundamental knowledge to the employer about the employee
and as much effective it is that much positive impact it will drive on the interviewer. It is quite
difficult for me to get develop this as I have the limited experience and as it is also more helpful
that the interpersonal skills of mine also get developed. The CV must look more appealing thus I
have attend some different seminars that that will conduct by the university. I have start working
in some other industry as well by which I have developed my skills and learn some new courses
that makes my CV even more effective (Cottrell, 2019).

Self-awareness
It is the factor that helps to bring the emotional awareness that help to build the self
awareness and the self assessment by which I get self motivated and it impart a strong feeling
that provide the relief that I would anything with more easiness. It is more related to get collect
the emotion and be attentive while doing every work by which more interpersonal skills will get
strengthen and have build the strong sense that is more worth it. It is the skill that helps to make
the adequate judgment and improvise what is wrong and what is right. As while working as the
customer service attendant it is more concern that the behavior must be more cool and calm and
always provide preference to the customers. I have to work with more composed attitude that
helps to make more effective relationship with the customer as it brings the right impression to
all. But I didn’t have that composer and as in my past assignment I have get the feedback to get
developed the self awareness skills (Khedher, 2019).
It is quite difficult to get bring the calmness within the behavior but with this I have to be
more relaxed and take some time while reverting to anyone. While giving the appropriate time to
myself I have developed more patience and gave some time to myself to think twice and then
revert as per the condition and its requirement as well. I have gave some interview by which I
just learn how to face the interview and collect that feedback and make a complete analysis and
then try to get change my working behavior with more calmness.

people as it brings more confidence while presenting myself in front of other people. Although I
have those skills in me as I have played different sports and it needs the team work and with this
the interpersonal skills will have developed. It is the skills that help to get over from the different
situation with more sufficiency. While gaining the employability it is more important those
people have presentation skills that support the diversity and flexibility within the employee.
Interpersonal skills are more helpful for both the employee and the employer and with that they
have must get improvise the working style and develops the engagement and the participatory

level and it furthermore, helps to gain more success and gain more growth while developing the
future expansion. It is sometime more difficult for me to get of my comfort zone and get interact
with the other people in the corporate world (Lau, 2019). I get make the plan to get over from the
difficult situation by which I have easily attain my goals. I have done the trainee in the summer
time and at their try to get interact with the large number of people to get serve the best of me. I
have show more enthusiasm and flexibility by working more and show that I have that much
willing to develop the interpersonal skills while making the effective communication.

mindset of the people and in that it is hard for some people to get over from the situation with
more easiness and indulge that quick change within the personality (Taylor, 2018). I have that as
the weakness as I have take a lot of time to get over from any situation and in that I have to
work with more professionalism and try to understand the applicable norms by which I have

easily get rid of complex situations. In this I have tries to not take everything personal and make
the distance and difference in between the professionalism and the personals. As it is more
necessary as the work get end some day but the impact will always remain for the longer period
of time. The ups and down have came in everybody life but it is more important than how the
people get over from this.

It has been concluded from the above graph that it is necessary to get develop the

different from all other people. In order to develop my skills I have perform the look forwards to
