INTRODUCTION
In the higher education it is necessary for these students to have some skills that can help them
to be successful in the University level. good skill in students can increase their confidence, self
esteem and Competency in themselves. it can also improve their ability to learn and retain
knowledge and make them effective and getting good marks and make them successful.
This report will biscuits about the four important skills on the higher education. add well provide
literature review on the skills on health education and also provide reflection through the Gibbs
Reflection.
LITERATURE REVIEW
According to the (Pelger and Nilsson., 2018) It is important for the students to have some skills
in themselves within higher education level and University level becausr it can help them to be
successful at the University and they can gain knowledge and learn effectively. There are various
skills that can be implemented by the person to be more effective, it get cover time management
skills, academic skills, communication skills, presentation skills, motivational skills and ITC
skills that can help too make them more effective students and they can learn effectively within
their universities. developing the study skills in students can help to control their knowledge,
study and also can help them to meet new challenges and the progress through the degree.

As a higher educator I have Although there are four skills that are needed for the students that
covers motivational skills, academic skills, time management skills and ITC skills. The skills I
have used to make students understand the importance of motivation that can lead Damn toward
the success, academic writing which is important to writer assignment for their studies (Muluk
and at.al., 2019), I decision skills are important to understand the computer programme an
application so they can create PowerPoint, spreadsheet then word within their higher education.
time management can make them more effective in their work and they can create schedule to do
every work on time. This all skills I have shared with the students so they can be implement
themselves and be effective student and successful at the University level.

During be making students understand and importance of higher educational skills I feel that
students are able to understand that what I am saying and they were trying to understand. I make
them understand through the an assignment that I give where all the skills are applied. students
applied all the skills like time management, motivational and ITC skills and academic skills. This
situation create a good understanding among the students and they were able to develop some of
those skills. During the situation I was not sure that student will able to gain the knowledge and
understand the importance but most of the students were able to following my instruction For the
improvement that makes me feel good an effective higher regulator.
Evolution
In every situation there are some good experience and bad experience the good experience was
that most of the students was able to understand the importance of academic skills, motivational
skills, doing work on time which is time management skills an computer skills that are known as
ITC skills. on the other side there was a group of people who are just enjoying decision’s and
they were not that much evaluated and understanding the importance. they were feeling that they
can be successful without those skills and that went wrong and most of them were failed in
assignment that I give. I make them understand and give contribution in this situation and help
them to improve their skills so they can be more effective and I also give them strategies for their
improvement (Felce., 2019).
Analysis
Most of the things go well becausr students were happy and they were giving their best to
complete the assignment that helped them to develop new skills and they were understanding the
importance of skills and how they can be successful at the higher education level. On the other
side the group of children who failed what demotivated and they were not able to gain the
knowledge becausr when I was making them understand they were not that much concentrated.
Still I make them understand and give my own knowledge and understanding and motivate them
to give their best in the next assignment so they can be able to pass an also give them strategies
to improve their academic skills, motivational skills and ITC skills.
Conclusion
Through the Hall situation an assignment student understand that why they need those skills to
be more effective student and they can learn more effectively. most of them were able to develop
new students in the whole situation and other students who are not that concentrated also get

knowledge an hope they will be more effective next time. I also give them extra work so they
can work by understanding those skills and be effective in their work.
Action plan
Students who were able to develop these skills can be more effective and they can be able to
learn new skills as well. there are various more skills that can also needed to develop in
themselves it covers the communication skills that well be needed to be effective (Barr., 2017),
Critical thinking skills that will help them to write a effective and God academic writer. and
there are many more other skills that can also be implemented by them to be more effective and
successful at the University level are the higher level educations.
CONCLUSION
As per the report has been explain importance of higher education what the students and provide
literature review on the topic. it has been discussed about how higher education skills can be
helpful for the students too make them more effective And they can able to be successful at
University level. in the end of this report has been covered Gibbs reflective model To write a
reflection on observed skills that covered, motivational skills, ITC skills, Time management an
academic writing.
