INTRODUCTION
Employability skills considered as skill which are transferable in nature and it is needed
by a person to make themselves employable. There are numbers of skills are included in the
employability skills such as communication, problem solving, teamwork, leadership, time
management, ability to handle pressure, information technology, adaptability, planning skill,
organizing and many more (Cotronei-Baird, 2020). These are essential for a person to have these
skills. The respective report is a reflective report which include information about how to
enhance different employability skills during the online course.
MAIN BODY
There are numbers of employability skills which a person need to enhance whether they
are in school, college, university or office because employability skills helps a person in
conducting their work in effective manner with minimum error. As a school student I also need
to improve my numbers of skills so that I can conduct and accomplish my work in best manner
as well as it also help me in attaining my desire goal successfully. These skills will include
communication, teamwork, problem solving, leadership, time management, perseverance,
motivation, ability to work under pressure, planning, organisation, information technology,
adaptability and so on. In order to enhance these skill I decided to use opportunities which I get
during conducting online classes of school because that provide several time and chances where I
can improve my employability skills which help me in my future. Moreover that will also aid in
attaining desire goal or objective successfully for making my career successful (Kornelakis and
Petrakaki, 2020). During conducting I can enhance my communication skill by interacting as
well as be attentive in classes. This is so because through this I able to know how to interact with
others and while this I also able to know how to make other understand what I want to say in
proper way.
Online classes of school is conducted on timely manner which help me in enhancing my
time management skills because if my school's online class timing will be 9 am to 1 pm or more
then I have to manage my personal work before class. In addition to this, I also need to manage
time in proper manner so that I can do homework properly along with self study as well as
during this I also able to conduct work properly so that I can also separate time for family. This
time management skill is one of the main skills which every person required in their life as that

will them in accomplishing work on time effectively. Online classes of school are conducted on
the digital platform for which information technology skill plays a main role so that student can
handle sites or application for classes in effective manner (Laguna-Sánchez and et.al., 2020). So
while conducting online classes I able to enhance my information technology skills because
while handling the site for classes I get to know new things which increase my knowledge as
well as for conducting classes I conduct work I explore site or application which help me in
learning new things. Along with this our school IT or computer teacher also provide us training
related to the information technology which help me in improving my skills.
During the online class I get opportunities to enhance my other skills like teamwork as
well as problem solving. This is so because during the online classes teachers provide us
assignment in team due to which all team members need to communicate each other and
cooperate each other so that work will conduct in proper manner and we all attain our objective.
During this I able to enhance my teamwork skills as well as online classes also provide me
opportunity for increase my problem solving skill because while conducting work in team some
time conflict arise which need to be solve my us. During the online classes teacher provide us
work in team in which some time a student get chance to handle whole team as a leader which
help in increase my leadership skills as during this I get to know how to motivate others so that
they listen my command and follow it. In addition to this while this I also able to increase my
planning skill because when I get chance to be a leader I need to handle whole work so at the this
time I also conduct planing which is followed by my team members for accomplishing work
successfully. Furthermore, while conducting online classes there are some situation arise when
teacher provide very short time duration for submitting the project or assignment during this I
able to enhance my skill to conduct work under pressure. It is determine as one of the essential
skill which is needed by an individual to do work in corporate sector (Martínez-Cerdá, Torrent-
Sellens and González-González, 2020). Along with this, while online classes I also able to
enhance my organisation skills by determine how to organise work in best manner so that I can
get enough time for the self study, family as well as for rest. In addition to this, during
conducting online classes our teacher motivate and encourage us so that we be attentive in the
classes which increase my motivation level. This will also help me in increasing my adaptability
skill because in online class we need learn new things every day which improve my skill of
adaptability.

CONCLUSION
By analysing above mentioned points it can be determined that employability skills are
essential for an individual because through it they able to conduct their work in effective as well
as appropriate manner. In addition to this, different employability skills also help in
accomplishing work properly and on time. A person able to improve or enhance different
employability skills like problem solving, teamwork, leadership, time management, ability to
handle pressure, information technology, adaptability, planning skill, organizing and many other
during conducting online course. This is so because during the course an individual able to get
numbers of opportunities such as they understand value of time as well as it also provide other
opportunities.
