Reflective report
From this learning, I gained my understanding about how the research methods are
effective in accomplishing the aim and objectives of the research matter. It is evaluated that
the research methodology could facilitate to the investigator for selecting a suitable method
with reliable sources to collect the feasible information about the research matter. These
methods are research design, data collection method, data analysis method, sampling method,
and ethical consideration. These methods play an imperative role in pumping the investigator
to reach at a reliable conclusion (Berry and Sauer, 2018)
I increased my understanding of mixed research design that could consider two methods like
qualitative and quantitative method. The qualitative method could be effective in getting the
conceptual information about the current research matter. The quantitative method will
enable to get the numerical information about the research matter. I also gained my
understanding of the data collection method in which I understood two methods that are
known as primary and secondary data collection method. The primary data collation method
could facilitate to the researcher for collecting the factual information by considering the
survey through questionnaire method (Berge, 2012). I observed that designed questions are
related to the research matter, which was enough to get favorable data in favor of research
matter.
It could lead to directly meet with the research participants and collect their opinion
towards the research matter. The secondary data collection method is also another method to
get the data from the existing sources that known as the books, articles, journals, online and
offline sources, company websites, as it would lead to getting the conceptual information in
the favor of the specified research matter. I used relevant and updated books for obtaining
accurate data. I realized that standard books are effective in getting reliable information
towards concern.

It is also examined that data collection method could offer an opportunity to the
investigator to get feasible information in the least time and meet their specified goal in the
least time and cost (Beckers And Kawakami, 2017).
I also gained my understanding of the data analysis method in which I comprehend
two methods descriptive analysis method and SPSS tool. SPSS tool is used to evaluate the
numerical information and reach a reliable conclusion. This software could also lead to
getting a reliable outcome. I observed that this tool is easy to tabulate and form valid graphs
in the least resources.
I gained my understanding of the sampling method that facilitates to select the sample size
form the whole population, collect the opinion of the research candidates, and make a reliable
conclusion. I gained my understanding of two methods like likelihoods and non-probability
sampling method. In this, I deeply evaluate the probability sampling method that facilitates to
get without biased result in the least time and cost (Asghar, Naveed, and Saleem, 2017). For
conducting this study, manager of ten business organizations will be selected due to getting a
feasible outcome. The question has relied on the cause and effect as it leads to compered
relation between Effect of the globalization in the Operation of Car Industry Business.
I understood that the sampling method leads to getting a favorable outcome in the
context of the current matter. I also gained my knowledge about the ethical consideration that
leads to conduct suitable behavior with their research candidates. Ethical consideration plays
an imperative to eliminate the biases form the study. I understood that if research will use
ethical norms then they would be capable to eliminate the ethical issues from the study,
which will also be effective in meeting the aim and objectives of the research matter (Aman
Jr, 2018). I deeply read the questionnaire before conducting the study. I also tried to make a
balance between primary and secondary data. Due to some issues, I failed to effectively

manage it. Hence, I decided, I will consider the mock interview and create a draft of the
results for further research. It will be effective in doing a systematic study.
