INTRODUCTION
In this particular module there is many learning aspects in which I have scrutinize for
employability and study skills related, such as decision making, communication skills, time
management skills, critical thinking, presentation skills, digital skills and team working skills
(Pieper and et. al., 2020). According to module where my competency and knowledge developed
through creativity towards understanding on above mentioned topics. In this report, I will reflect
on what I have learned through assorting of Gibbs Reflective cycle.
Gibbs Reflective Cycle was composed by Graham Gibbs where they published this cycle
in one of this book “learning by doing” dated back in 1988. This cycle enhance to helps people
from learning outcomes on the basis of experiences for understand through effectiveness of their
own action and how can they improve skills.
TASK 2
Gibbs Reflection Cycle:
Description: It is the first stage of Gibbs reflective models that elaborated what was
happened by involving in some particular situation. At the time of presuming and
employability as well as study skills about module in every university. I generally started
about employability and further skills where I would like to pursue a career in study
about internet usage along with its importance. In that module I learned about various
skills which is communication written skills, digital skills, presentation skills, team
working skills, planning and organising skills. All these skills which I get to enhance for
internet usage for productivity increase in effective manner. In professional career, the
role of internet helps to improves my digital and presentation skills which I used to
present within clients. As well as one skill that is important to manage elaborates:
Time management skills: It refers to the planning and balancing the time between
several activities. It is skills which is essential because if any individual or other have
enough time to pursue to everything that needed to ask about to effective pursue. The
time management is comprise through using better productivity of time. In other
word, people who are good at time in combination about working productivity which
is prioritise on consuming time.

Research skills: It majorly refers about to having ability where a person to find that
desired answer of problem by assorting in research. These skills about to depicts
searching and obtaining information in way that it gives about to determine the roots
about problem and find out the way towards solving problem (Paulson and Laverty,
2018). Internet usage helps me to finding out research related data on secondary
basis, even though it creates better solution for attempting that allows variety of
information that regulates in effective manner.
These two skills are plays an important role which increases the efficiency of employees, on my
personal perspective internet usage of importance for creating high credentials that elaborates in
different credentials to sustain in effective manner. Time management and Research skills allows
overall information which I collected from internet matter in systematic manner. Some of search
engine such as Google and Bing these two search engine allows to scrutinize about to facilitates
overall information that productive way to attain positive outcomes.
Feelings: It is the second stage of Gibbs reflection model that represent the feeling of a
particular person by involving in some particular situation. On this situation when I
started about learning and developing new skills which I was lacking from many decades.
I felt enlightened as per on same time enthusiastic for gaining more information,
knowledge and skills. Before entering into this module I have some excitement in my
mind that topic will get more interesting. After starting of session initial time where I
enjoyed as question and information was very productive. There was many situation
when I feels ups and downs on interacting session of important of internet. Many
information I generates from google some facts and findings creates my knowledge
ability in effective manner. Google, Bing and Email these internet are part of it and
provided enough valuable information to gain positive outcomes. By analysing of that
situation many I felt that many people were seems to interact with their thoughts and
sharing of opinion about internet related information. During that session I have felt that
my certain skills enhanced in excellence manner such as Communication and Critical
thinking are these two enhanced in proper manner. About Communication and Critically
thinking skills allows different perspective that enhanced in followings:
Communication Skills: This act towards developing meaning among entities or
group that uses of sufficiently which mutually understood, sign, symbols and semiotic

conventions. It is ability where one party communicate to another party with having
proper understanding (Opiniano, Daquipil and Romarate, 2020). The skills which
involves listening, speaking, observing and emphasis to understands where
differences how communicate through face to face interaction phone conversation
and digital communication and email media.
Critical thinking: It is analysts about facts and findings form a better judgement.
The subject is having complex and variety of solutions alternatives where it exists in
rational and undiscriminating analysis to evaluate in effective manner (Kanofsky,
2019).
These above two skills is enhance in improvised in efficiently where I was interacting with
many question I have asked related with high rate of enthusiastic feeling revolves in efficient
manner. The need to communicate effectively is a necessary skills for the workplace as well in
academics. It is having importance to communicate which considering the barriers in process of
communication. In workplace and academics to sustain in professional career as well as it
increase the productivity.
Evaluation: In this stage an individual person focus on evaluating their own experience
which they experienced by indulging on some particular situation. It is started about
learning where I have not attaining any kind of knowledge where I getting myself into it.
I was in negative as well as positive assumption that effective enough lot of efforts. Thus,
I have realised about skills and knowledge where it was providing me. I felt positive and
motivated to put with having more contribution is enhance for attain positive outcomes.
On this module it provided about wider concept where wider knowledge about employability
skills along with enhance the study skills. At the time of learning about this factor my abilities to
worked hard to enhance them. The module provided where it confidence as I was not able to
discuss about internet or any social media platform. Some of Digital Skills gets to developed like
Video conferencing where now a days overall employability meetings and interviews is
commenced through digital platform. These resource involvement increase the level of people's
or employee productivity to control their work through internet work contribution. But the
negative part which I have experienced that some sort of hesitation creates negative impact on
my performance which it creates barriers towards my professional career. The module gave us a
smooth learning experience and everyone learned and gained something or the other from the

module. All the skills were explained and understood clearly and in the end the tests assessed my
ability and the knowledge I gained. We further discussed the topics and skills we learned and
gained in the module. There was an efficient group discussion about the skills we developed and
how will we use them in the future. I further evaluate effective communication skill as one of my
strongest skill as I was able to convey my thoughts effectively in the learning room and the
discussions too. I also overcame my fear of public speaking and talking to people who have more
knowledge than me. Thus, overall this soft skills activities enhance my interaction and change
my attitude towards introvert to extrovert. The involvement of digital skills helps to creates my
positive performance in effective manner.
Conclusion: This module is generally provided optimum value of knowledge and
learning of skills to us. This helps me out in work place as well as further professional
life to gain expected outcomes. As per overall experiences was also enhance positive and
that generate to provided towards better smooth learning and developing experiences.
While this experiences is having positive that it would been enthusiastic from initial start
to tired for grab every knowledge.
As overall chances to come up to enhance learn about different skills it ill surely being more
attractive to attained more focused. As this is majorly focused about how it beneficial where it is
gained new skills and boosts up about my knowledge bank. This aspect enhance to indulge
within more public speaking and group discussion that enhance to increase confidence moreover.
On technology about importance of internet where it develop it skills analytical along t reflective
skills as I will able to collected many information which effectively scrutinize in through internet
usage. Different situation, importance of internet helps to improves intellectual skills to get for
interacting high positive outcomes in an effective manner.
Action plan- It is the last stage of the reflection model I have to position myself so that if
any situation occur I can handle it effectively and efficiently. It is very crucial to plan the
skills so that real changes are seen with me. This plan is also helpful in my future to
complete the project proficiently. In this stage I can easily identified the areas where I
have to work on. This helps in improving me employability and academic skills. In this i
can use the personal development plan so that my overall skills are enhanced and
improved. Personal development plan is the process of developing an action plan that is
