INTRODUCTION
Employability and academic skills plays an important role for an individual and it is used
by the persons to complete all work with motive of new learning and methods. So person is able
to complete their task and perform their role in an organised manner. The existing reflection
report is used to understand as well as analysed skills which are based on the learning of five
different weeks. SWOT analysis, team efforts and many other topics is learned and this is used
for completion of task with more efficiency. Action plan is also developed and it is used to
identify areas which are essential to improve.
MAIN BODY
Education of is not complete if I am not able to understand about the basic skills of
reading, writing and spelling and this skills are taught by teachers, parents and school from initial
childhood stage. Similarly, in my case I learned common abilities from childhood stage and this
tends me to conduct my further studies within a specific area or field. Moreover, there are
different test are also related and it is useful for argue about the topics from which learning is
undertaken by management to perform work with more efficiency. In context of my weekly
journals this is analysed that by study of different topic I am able to analyse and understand the
work with monitor and track of all activities according to understand of different needs.
First learning
The topic which is used to understand and accept learning in the preliminary period is
based on team building and team work. Time management is the major learning which is learned
by me through skills understanding the topic of team work and team building. Moreover, it helps
to analyse and calculate time-period of a week and overall month. Almost each student and also a
person get the same time for completion of their work but a few individuals are successful. On
other side, other individuals face complexity in completion of their work and this is because of
lack of time management. While I am engaged with other team members for completion of team
project it is learned by me that how to manage time according to individual role so it is easy to
take contribution of all individuals with decided time-period.

Environment plays an important role for each person, student and organisation by which
they are engaged. Macro environment is considered as an important perspective and it is related
with completion of organisation task according to topics. I also wrote a journal on macro
environment and it includes perspective which is useful for understanding the surroundings. In
context of my skill learning reading information and analysing is erudite by me. Yes, reading is
a common habit for all individuals but most individuals only read article and journal. But for
student reading aids them for understood the meaning and information which an individual want
to share. Moreover, environment conditions are too dynamic so this it is also essential for me to
improve my reading and analysing skills because this helps me in forecasting the market.
Moreover, use of model such as PESTLE is also understood through completion of all task
according for interpreting business environment.
Learning from journal
To understand and analyse market it is essential to perform and manage all task through
managing and completing work by use of effective communication skills. Along with this there
are different task performed and it is related with journal of interaction, respond and
communication. It refers there are different task managed by me and the common term in all of
them is interaction with different individuals for completion of all work with a particular pattern.
So the education from communication perspective supports me to understand note-taking skill. It
is useful because this aids me to understand about all work perspective through generating points
which is useful for transferring all information with fair and transparent manner.
Learning from models
The weekly part for journal refers to understand and analyse role of all perspective that
are important. SWOT and Porter five forces are two models and it is used for completion of all
activities in an organised manner. Research skills is learned with the journals of model and this
leads in completion of work with clear concepts. First year understudies are frequently ignorant
