Introduction
Personalized learning is a customized educational approach that focuses on individual
needs, strengths, interests, and skills. In this assignment, the various different skills acquired
and learned by me until week six has been explained, exhibiting my personal development.
All these different skills will help me in my future studies and building a more prominent
career in this competitive world.
Personal Development
During the tenure of six weeks, I identified my strengths and weaknesses. I am now
able to critically analyze my traits according to the standard requirement needed for future
studies. I am multilingual and can effectively conduct multi-tasking, as these are my
strengths. On the other hand, I also possess a few weaknesses on which I have to work
seriously. I am bad in mathematics and also I need to work on my English, as it is my second
language. The other weakness of mine that can become a major problem with the passing
time is my non-tech savvy nature. Through the experimental learning theory, I also
understood the fact that I would not be able to overcome my weaknesses in a day. Thus, I
have to regularly work over my weaknesses till the time I do not transform my weaknesses
into strengths (Basham et al., 2016).
My English is not good, but according to the writing skills required for higher studies,
I realized that a little help would do wonders for me as the writing standard for higher
education requires simple words and short sentences. The utilization of complex and flowery
work is strictly denied as they may create confusion. In my experience of writing paragraphs,
I have identified that I mostly write vague answers. All these different acknowledgments
have also improved my critical thinking practices. Thus, I have to incorporate the

effectiveness of PEEL, while writing paragraphs and should try this practice frequently to
improve my writing standards for the future (Schaffhauser, 2019).
After experiencing the various different job opportunities, I realized that I need to set
some smart goals that will push me on the path of continuous learning and improvement.
Thus, I developed some SMART goals for me, such as I need to build a specific plan with
determined activities. I should be determined to improve my English and Mathematics and
secure high grades in these subjects in the future. The other goal formulated by me, in
accordance with the Specific approach is that I need to measure my progress regularly
(Schaffhauser, 2018). This will offer the information associated with further improvement.
The third goal is to aim a realistic goal. I should create goals that can help me understand
numeric problems more appropriately. This is a realistic and attainable practice. The other
goal formulated by me is to develop a relevant relationship between the different skills and
the set goals. Finally, the last SMART goal focuses on the very important aspect that is time.
I need to ensure that I develop all the different skills in two months’ time (Vargo, 2017).
Conclusion
Thus, all these different personal development practices and skills will help in
evolving my knowledge and perception. With time, every person evolves and with just a few
efforts, any individual can develop capabilities to fulfill all their needs and SMART goals.
