INTRODUCTION
Professional development is necessary for an individual in order to get uplifted with the right
credentials that are related to professional orientation as well as the academic degrees. In this
regard there are certain formal course works that are being put forth and the individuals in this
regard are brought forth with respect to certain opportunities that are paved way into learning.
This learning criteria is an intensive as well as collaborative framework that will equip people
with the right approach towards professional development (Anjum, 2020). There are certain
formulations like that of coaching communities of practice as well as lesson study that would
help people to get mentored with the right reflective supervision. Professional development will
pave way for a lot more opportunities in future and the job orientation along with the career path
can be determined accordingly. This entire report will focus upon professional development as
well as the theory that are included in it as a prospect of learning. One might seriously not be
able to deal with the extra weight and measure unless and until these opportunities are known.
GIBBS REFLECTIVE MODEL ON WORK FOR PLACEMENT
The placements tension that is oriented with the subject that I am pursuing is one of the modes
that has made me experience situations that brought about an analysis as well as a perfect
conclusion regarding my development plan. With the help of Gibbs reflective model I can bring
in the different stages that I have been through while dealing with the placement that are into my
scenario.
Description: I have approached for placements that are into automobile industry where I was in
a situation to make sure that I crack the placement with the relevant experience (Duboust and
Knight, 2018). This occurred in my second semester of the final year that I am pursuing in the
graduation. There were more number of people who were like me in a mood to get settled with
the appropriate career. The students were all pressurized and are also more towards dealing with
the placement session in a prominent analysis. For this the required Framework that we had to
learn is the development of different skills that are oriented with respect to the session that we
are going to a. The outcome of the tutorials that we were into learning has helped me to gain the
minimal orientation regarding how far I can be able to tackle with the placement session.
Feelings: there were multiple feelings that were pertaining in my mind during the scenario that is
happening around the placement session. The urge as well as the fear to overcome this particular
stage has the paved way for you set off ability where I have gained my strength through my

consciousness (Maharaja, 2018). At that time only one thing was on my mind where I was keen
and tried to make sure that all the things that I have learnt during the session where I was trained
in order to enter into the placement session was there in my mind and I got to repeat it over and
over again. The beliefs as well as the emotions that brought about a kind of tensed feeling in me
were all being dealt. The other people that were with me in the same session were all going
through a very tough period where they were waiting for their Turn in order to get into their zone
of interview. There were other incidents after the placement session Where people started
discussing about the weird about that are being asked in the interview session that had clearly
depicted what to aim for.
Evaluation: it was a great experience in order to get to understand the certain situations that
placement usually brings and. The kind of development that are oriented with a personality as
well as an individual trade can therefore be experienced. It is not a bad experience but it is a
learning kind of experience that has contributed to bring about the positive as well as negative
aspects that are in my regard. I got to understand the various considerations like that of the
improvement areas such that I would entirely focus upon improving the same and get into the
other opportunities that are being derived. The incident of placement fashion has brought about a
new consideration in my entire career where I have to focus upon my personal development as a
Priority.
Analysis: through the placement session I was dealing with the extravagant measures that are
brought forth with a wider context and also helped me to understand my core subject in depth.
The kind of focus that the interview was worth putting forth while asking the requirement and
the questions help me to analyse my experience with respect to the study. This has also brought
about a sense where I started learning the important areas of the entire development and this has
also helped me to focus upon the things that I need to improve. I was able to answer all the
questions that were in due of me and particularly I have reflected my choices over and over,
again and learnt what I usually am.
Conclusion: I have made note of specific entity that I will have to improve upon and also the
ways to develop on a better Note letter on. For this I will first have to be trained accordingly with
respect to my subject and also the professional skills that are to be oriented while dealing with
the communication aspects (Howard, 2019). I must have explained in a more appropriate way
that interview has got the entire criteria of what they are trying to ask. The communication skills

must have been handled in a better Note such that I would have been on Cloud 9 with respect to
the session that has happened.
Action Plan: with the experience that was gained through the placement session I would
probably bring in an action plan where I need to focus upon the skills like that of communication
as well as the subject oriented academic skills that are eventually necessary to improve upon the
trials that I have got on my placement. I would not let the same thing happen again and would try
different means of approaching the placement session in future.
SKILLS DEVELOPED
The skills that are developed are a part of orientation in regard to the personal development
criteria. In this regard the reflection model that is being applied over in order to analyse the skills
that are developed is the give reflection model. The reflection model in this regard will focus
upon the orientation that is to be brought about by the situation analysis that is a put forth with
regard to the identification of various skills that are to be incorporated. The one that is chosen
from the list of skills provided as communication skills (Bachik and Kitzman, 2020).
Description: as part of orientation I have come up with the prospect of developing
communication skills. That communication skills is of major importance and it is not until when
the communication skills are put forth in the right possible manner that we get to experience the
situations that are fruitful. While pursuing graduation I have come across situations where
communication skills are considered to be appropriate and are mandatory. In order to put forth
communication skills, I have oriented different sections that were necessary for me to build the
required skill and can be put forth into existence (Whitehall and et.al, 2018).
Feelings: there are several mixed feelings that are oriented where the learning communication
skills and also in fitting the fact that I will have to develop and ability to put forth
communication into existence. I have dreamt about various situations where I can develop my
career and can also build one over it. Multiple things came into my mind and I was into bringing
about communication skills, also sharpening them with all the efforts that are possibly put forth
(Sadikovna and et.al, 2021).
Evaluation: the experience is that I was properly able to communicate with everybody around
and also my ideology regarding the prospect where I will have to deal with conveying my
thoughts and experiences an an interview for a workplace that I have been trying to get in.
Everything went well and also the prospect of my knowledge is thermally convert to people

around. This brought about a positive perspective regarding my ideology that has helped me to
stay confident with respect to my situations. The happy incidents when i was able to
communicate and the sharpening of this skill that I did in graduation has now been prosperously
fulfilled (Debognies and et.al, 2019).
Analysis: the things that I was of moving ahead with respect to the administrative prospective
which is of my background went well because I was properly able to communicate my thoughts
and ideologies with people around. This is the major prospect of dealing with communication
skill because the explanation is one of the prominent criteria that people will usually stress upon.
My experience have paved way to gain more opportunities that are in to workplace and also the
right amount of knowledge is then properly able to communicate to my team who was into
expectations of a perfect explanation regarding the work scenario. I did various researches as
well as been through different tutorials in order to make sure that I am suffering my
communication skills and that has ended up with proper results. I might have responded in a
different scenario if my communication skills were not proper and things wouldn't have been
improved at all (Babieva, 2019).
Conclusion: it is not until when the communication skills are garnered to an extent that is
necessary people can usually not be able to tackle with different scenarios that are pertaining to
their life. This has also brought about different opportunities that helped me to focus upon the
growth prospects and my personal development has also seen a better result. I can now be able to
deal with the extravagant situations that are on the way and can pursue any number of
opportunities data on my way. I might need several other skills along with the communication
skills but still communication skills would be able to deal with any other aspects in a more
appropriate way.
Action plan: since I have excelled in dealing with communication skill the next step is to get
through a research where I can usually incorporate them. I have a dream of getting into an
organisation that would suit my academic scenario and would like to treasure the opportunities
that are in regard to my career development (Chen and et.al, 2019). For this I would first have to
focus upon the personal development criteria and also will have to plan accordingly the right
amount of skills that will have to be incorporated. Based on the plan that is being provided, I
would certainly dedicate my time and would try to take in necessary measures in order to deal
with the required skills that are pertaining to opportunities.
