Reflective report
I completed Assignment 1, Assignment 2, and Assignment 3 wherein I comprehend many things.
I completed research topic, literature review, and research methodology section. In this, I
increased my depth knowledge about research skills that are imperative in conducting the study
effectively. I increased my understanding of the different challenges that are faced by
international students at the time of enrolling in the Australian university. I also comprehended
the importance of topic selection in the study. I comprehended that the research topic is
imperative to make specifications in the research and supported to get a reliable outcome. I also
comprehend that the main cause of selecting this topic is to evaluate this concern is that a large
number of students face different issues at the global level. Most of the people believe the
migration could affect student who enrolls in another university (Choudaha, 2017). Initially, my
team members, as well as I, observed international challenges. It is also evaluated the depth
information could be collected from internet, articles, and different websites due to meeting the
research purpose (Farley, et al. 2015). I also increased my knowledge about some barrier named
as our culture, language, and education system and finances barriers. In addition, I also increased
my depth understanding of the personal skills that are required to meet the research matter. I also
improved my knowledge about research problem development and research questions
development that is required by the researcher to meet the research purpose.
I understood that the main component that affects the students to this opportunity is factual is
that seeking education in the foreign location outside the residential country of scholars entails a
change in the surrounding of scholar cultural change. I also understood that one of the major
issues which are emphasized by international student consist of different adjustments which the

scholar need to implement with respect to obtain get reliable outcome. I also increased my depth
understanding of social-cultural factors that affect the student to enroll in the university.
I also increased my understanding of many sources that are considered by me at the time of
completing the research purpose named as online sources, aesthetic websites, books, and articles.
It would support to meet the purpose of the research matter (Banjong, 2015).
I increased my knowledge about Assignment 3 wherein I understand different methods that are
entailed by investigator to get the data in the favor of the concern named research design,
approaches, methods, evaluation methods, and factors that affect the ethics. I also analyzed
different ways that could be considered to meet the research issue. I also increased my depth
knowledge about the justification of the questionnaire that provided a reason to meet the research
matter.
It is observed that the research methodology section is imperative in collecting information on
research matters (Banjong, 2015). I increased my understanding of the tools that are entailed in
the study. In this, the research methodology is vital in meeting the aim of the study (Choy, 2014).
I understood that descriptive research design enables to evaluate the relationship between
different variables. It would enable to get feasible information towards the research matter
(Choudaha, 2017). I also increased my knowledge about many sections that could lead to meet
the research matter. In addition, the investigator practiced different strategies that would be
imperative in meeting the research task. I also increased my depth knowledge about survey
through questionnaire as it facilitates to get factual information in the context of the concern.
The researchers are used in diverse approaches to accomplish the research aim. With respect to
this study, the researchers have practiced the survey through questionnaire method that facilitates
to get direct responses in favor of the research matter. I confronted by many issues at the time of

teamwork. The teamwork is act that enables to completion of research purposes in an effective
way. It is illustrated that this tool aids to meet the research purpose. I also understood that lack of
teamwork could create conflict that affected the overall outcome. I also comprehend many
challenges that are associated with writing, communication, and teamwork skills. It would lead
to meet the research purpose. It is examined that these skills will aid me to make my position in
the working place. I comprehend different factors affecting the goal of study. I also realized that
I have some additional skills as it associated with sympathy, empathy, team building, and
negotiation skills and it might affect the research issue. It is examined that the research skill
could be imperative in attaining the research purpose (Akanwa, 2015). In addition, it is also
evaluated that the research skill could be essential in conducting the research (Ahmad, 2015).
I also increased my understanding the communication skills could be effective in making a
positive relationship with others. I understood that this skill is vital to operate the business
process. Each individual has different opinion that creates conflict among employees that
affected the overall productivity. Moreover, I also increased my depth knowledge towards many
skills that might impact on the study productivity.
