Dear Students,
You can sometimes find that sitting down for a long period of time and then to start up again to
write something would not be found as a simple task. Also, writing is not considered for the
liberation of any individual mind. But through writing it is a most easier way to share the concept
with others and which represents only for their benefits as well. Thus the track of my mind tries
to discover the ways of writing, for now, where for the member of the audience. There is the
need for the other order for following the points logically. For the time being, I am doing my
rewrite for representing the present. Also, there are the plans for the future which I will suggest
to articulate personal logic in the way where it can be understood as extremely important. Thus
the teaching portfolio management assignment, I have considered those in the way which makes
more understandable. So writing is considered as like the meal. It has been prepared as the part
of the excellent hand; we only need to be aware of many other significant things, like heat,
species, or salt. I was facing problems I earlier days that they will keep track on the whole
process and thus unless this result will turn out which was found to be unexpected. I am
generally also taking care of the main ingredients like grammar, vocabulary as well as the
punctuation. On the other hand, I am most responsible to find out my own habit of taking rest.
There is no such other identification which is more enthusiastic as well as most important to take
care of the creative writing as well. In those cases I have to maintain the true meaning so that
people can understand easily or in other words it should be more reachable to the people.
It is also needed to keep in mind that the growing interest in case of learning along with the
corresponding interest in finding the ways in order to incorporate the writing more effectively
with the learning experiences. In that scenario, the teacher training programme becomes helpful
for the use of writing the more effectively. Thus Walker is utilized for writing up as the tool for
their foster reflection. Walker also wants to use the portfolio which provides the participants with
another opportunity for expressing in a personal along with the dynamic way. Thus the self-
development is also necessary for error-free writing which is the most important policies for the
involvement of one’s commitment. Therefore better writing skill generation, it is significant to
develop a good reading habit. This reading activity will help us to enrich with several others
cases of vocabulary, punctuation which thereby will help while writing any essays or description.
My first academic writing for addressing the students of ENG101 was very exciting and truly as
there are much important. On the other hand, there is the most important section to relate with
other reflective studies with the main copy. Thus for demonstrating the awareness as well as the
actions or the events as they are not located as it has been explicable. For the reference, there are
several other perspectives which are located in. This got the influence of multiple powers on the
contexts of historical as well as the socio-political contexts. This condition must be recognized.
For this case, it can be noticed that there is the establishment of management among the students
for experiencing the relationship which is established by the teachers along with the students.
On the other hand, the reflection is generated and I want to develop the other integrative goals
for the perspectives along with the recognizing the inconsistencies it will attempt to provide the
rationale as the critique. As I have planned that there are the main two task materials as I got

aware with a quick response which the students do not do generally. Thus the thinking about
several points of time I am thinking about growing the proficiency in English. For that case, I did
not write exactly the same which is needed to relate to the scope of the studies. I have further
learnt in my Networking and Security classes, I have planned for writing the academic reports
for most of the cases in the updated IT fields. In those cases, I have also reassured with the
grammatical error free writing. Further, the reflective consisting can be considered as an integral
part of the supervisory process for the trainees are needed to be established through the program
of reflective studies. In those very cases, I have learned many other sections which are under
stress. In that perspective, there Kolb’s reflective model for promoting the reflection within any
other trainees.
As per the Kolb’s Model, it is needed to stress the importance for the experiences as it plays the
vital role for growing the learning process. It will enhance the learners’ ability for discovering
the own characteristics. Within the four stages of the learning cycle, the learners’ have drawn
their experiences as the form of the bases for the observation as well as reflection. Thus the
assimilation within the theory thus the learner can deduce the new implications for the actions
which are being utilized for indicating the new experiences.
Other than these different approaches have been allowed to put forward through the researches
which allow the promotion in writing within the reflection. For those, the objectives of the study
are to develop for the reflective skills among the trainee's teachers for becoming the reflective
practitioners. Thus the study can be employed further through the other reflection cycle, like
Graham Gibbs etc. According to Gibbs, I can learn that there is very little evidence for the clear
and the strong relationship between the study habits as well as the academic success.
Other than the above discussion, my own goal to enhance the knowledge of own goal of
experimenting for the reflective, analytical, and evaluative along with theoretical skills. All of
these are necessary in order to write the quality paper to improve the skills. Thus it has been
definitely following the instructions within the given class for the purpose of keep writing as I
believe that it is very much important to keep writing so that there would not be any mistakes. So
the things we have learned that the class is tremendously helpful at this time within my
university.
Another important part of the writing is that to develop the business communication for which
writing is needed to be developed. For this my initial steps in order to secure the role which
includes the successfully the degree as I have currently undertaken as well as understand the
value for reflecting for putting the skills and the knowledge which I have learnt through my
practice in case of real-life scenarios. Besides these, I have faced some barriers and challenges
which I at present face the problem which is related to the job market as it becomes more
competitive day by day. There is the volume of applications are submitted with the challenges
becomes tougher day by day. As per the survey conducted it is indicated that there is 33% of
increment of job application in each graduate positions and that supports the notion which the
job market is also necessary to increasing competitively.

Finally, I can suggest that besides all of them, we need to become an influential thinker as the
writer is preparing for the groundbreaking academic research or report papers that may result
with a better impression within the career life for me as well as others. I can conclude that the
written communication skills will be improved only when the individual becomes active
listeners, clarify his reflection along with the effective questioning skills. I always suggest
practising high so that everyone can follow the process of writing at any point in time. In case of
business communication, it is very much required to build the rapport through formal writing as
early as possible so that your resume or cover page will be viewed by the interviewer among so
many applicants.
To become a good writer, I suggest becoming a good learner as well as a listener which further
helps to become a good thinker. It will enhance the thinkability within yourselves and that way
you can write any important writing at any time on demand. This is the most important part of
the writing in communication skills.
