INTRODUCTION
Employability skills is outlined as the transferable skills require by an individual to
prepare them for employability (Cottrell, 2019). Along with also require effective
communication skills, academic skill, good knowledge and a set of skills that organisation want
in a employee. Study skills are strategies that motivate a person's ability for study and recall
information. Both skills are important for any employee that helps them to motivate in regard of
their work. This report based on the employability and study skills which is improve by a person
through CSR practices and focus on their strange and weakness.
MAIN BODY
The company had been conducted practices on the corporate social responsibility where
consist of different challenges and competitive business environment. Corporate social
responsibility is a self controlling business model that supports a business be socially
accountable, to itself, stakeholders and public. It is consisting business practice that incorporates
sustainable improvement into company's business model. I was becoming part of this practices
and provide role of team leader that helps me increase employability and study skills in positive
manner. Along with collect more information and know that in which factor require to
improvement and become eligible for other organisations (Silva, Lourtie and Aires, 2013). In this
practices include many staff members where consist of setting measurable goals, sustainability,
life cycle assessment, sustainability issues mapping and many more. In this practices, I can learn
many things that help to increase my employability and study skills at broad manner. At this
stage I can identity my strength and weakness closely and learn techniques to keep strength and
remove weakness.
During to CSR practices we can learn many things and collect different types of
information regarding our job. I want to explore my skills at high level where my senior support
me for my work and also motivate. At this situation I feel motivated and learn new skills which
is required for employability. Before this practices I feel down and face many problem because I
had not more skills (Fallows and Steven, 2013). During to practices I can improve my
communication skill in verbal and written manner because it is basic skill that must have any
employee to recruit in reputed organisation. To discuss with stakeholders require to effective
communication skills that time I can observe every one and learn how to present our ideas in

front of people and discuss about them. As a result it impact on me in positive manner and
discuss with our co-workers about the project. It helps me increase my skills in both manner
because I can mail to many people in regard of business meetings. As a leader I can guide to my
team members in regard of project where communicate with them in verbal and written manner.
Due to improve my communication skill I feel motivated and decided to continue maintain my
flow of English to increase in proper manner (Rosenberg, Heimler and Morote, 2012). My other
team member also feel encouraged because they also improved their communication skills as
well as presentation skill. I think that these practices are good for us because it providing chance
to learn different things and improve out skill at large level. Along with the manager offered me
a task with set period of time. For this purpose I was conducted research about the project and
guide to team members how to conduct research about the project. My manager order me to
present report with proper description so for this I decided to collect all the information on my
risk basis. When I was started to collect information that time face many problem because I had
no knowledge about this project but through research improved my rehears skills and learn that
how to collect information from different information. I was meeting with different types of
people that also help me improve my communication skills positively (Cottrell, 2017).
This CSR practices were providing me all positive results because it supported me to
improve my ICT skills because all my project details and about team member work details keep
on system and use different tools for analysis the different results. As a result I can learn how to
operate system and different application that has been utilised by business to keep safe our
record and present in front of board of director. I was working as a leader so I have responsibility
to coordinate with each team member and circulate work as per the skills & interest (Finch, and
et. al, 2013). It I require to manage all team member with proper satisfaction otherwise create
many disputes. I face many conflicts in between team member in regard to work. Many time I
was circulation to all team member but they were creating conflicts in regard of work and did not
cooperate with each other. It is difficult for me because I have not knowledge how to tackle this
situation that time my superior guide me for the conflicts. I feel down because I had no
knowledge how to arrange all staff members effectively. My manager scolded me for these
conflicts because as a team leader it was my responsibility to tackle all the team members
effectively. It did not go well and face insult from the team director. At this time my other senior

guide me for this situation and provide direction how to tackle these types of situation effectively
and coordinate with team members.
Before as a team leader I was working in a team where learn how to each member
cooperate with use and help in our work. It hep me cooperated with every member and listen
guidance of leader carefully and according to that do my work. I can work all the activities that
help me become good leader and influence to my team member to work for a organisational
goals & objectives properly (Benson, Morgan and Filippaios, 2014). My manager always asked
me for time management because I never submit any project on my that impact in negative
manner on my performance. In the CSR practices I was decided to improve this skill. I was
starting to prepare strategies about the report and according to skill provide work all the team
member in set limit. To complete task on time i was leading basic skills that how to work on any
project and how to distribute responsibilities to all team members. also working effectively and
collect all the information. I was analysing all the information properly before submit to my
manager. This time I was not getting late and follow all the instruction that I was learning in
CSR practices and submit report on time. As a result it impact on me in positive manner and
praise me in front of every one for my hard work. It helps me increase my employability skills
and through research impact my study skills.
It is the effectiveness of one skill that must have as a leader. As leader I can face many
problem among the team members. For the most part I would say my problem solving skills are
fairly decent and I was not paralysed by difficulty or unforeseen issues. I actually regard for my
problem solving skill because it created problem for me. To improve my problem solving skills I
can learn how to people understand problem after that apply different strategies to sort out it. I
can apply same things and understand reason of problem then research about the reason. It helps
me in solution and take effective decision. Through CSR I can improve my employability and
study skills that help me place at good position in good company (Cottrell, 2015).
CONCLUSION
As per the above report it is concluded that to become eligible employee require to have
effective employability and study skills that help to apply in another organisation. These skills
are helping to improve knowledge and help in become strong at work place and face any task
without any problem. At the CSR practices I was working as team leader that impact on me in
positive manner and increase y knowledge as well as skills at broad manner. I was learned

increase nu employability and study skills I order to get right job in reputed organisation.
