From the above discussion I am able to analyse y level of competency in front of
everyone. My peers and family also encourage maintaining this quality which will assist me
for success in the future. I can coup up with my anxiety and Conflicts and disputes by
practising my negotiation and public speaking skills. I have the skills that can help me to
reach the achievement in my life and career. Skills of negotiation, self-motivation, public
speaking and many other important skills which are essential for the achieving victory in the
field have been developed in me. Resilience is the ability of the one to handle the adverse
situation in a more effective manner from the above assignment it has been seen that it can
help the person to lead his life in a more positive and productive manner. While on the other
hand giving and receiving feedback is also considered as a very important skill as it helps in
exchanging the thoughts and informations regarding the same .

I will practice my all the skills in order to make effective efficiency which will help
me to assist different people regarding issues and conflicts effectively. I will apply my skills
