INTRODUCTION
Reflective journal considered personal records and learning experience of people. It plays
important role in situation that is undertaken to develop systematic work performances. It is also
used to explore and analysis ways of thinking as per each person point. Further, it also helps to
compose piece of reflective writing which continuously increasing study and learning (Bratton
and Gold, 2017). Learning experience based on the incidents and development of effectiveness.
In the present reflection, 4 skills have been selected that develop significant advantages and
reflection to support the answer. It also includes incident in learning process with importance of
self-assessment. At last, report explains three key areas where improvement can be done in order
to foster personal as well as professional development.

(Luthans and Doh, 2018).

Good time management skills allow an individual to accomplish desired work performance in
shorter time. It leads with more important elements that assists to take advantages of learning
opportunities, reduce stress, etc. Further, this also assists to focus on career success. I select
this skill because it helps me to improve decision-making ability in crucial manner. Pickle Jar
theory consider in which effective time management concept successfully develop. This theory
served with useful elements that assists to set priorities in daily life plan. On the basis of time
and tasks in a particular day, this skill assists me to develop significant advantages (Pickle Jar
Theory, 2018).

In order to increase my time management skill, I assess several competent. In this way,
analysing, attitude, delegation, goals, etc. of mine has been identified that assists to develop
more systematic work performance. With the help of planning, I can focus on important
activities which need to be completed on priority basis. On the basis of schedule flexibility
also implemented (Kerzner and Kerzner, 2017). Good meeting management is also important
to go forward. 3 most important priorities must be developed successfully which said by my
peers. Hence, it is important to focus on their views as well.

As per my point of view, in time management priorities must be set to attain more desired
work performances. This is because, there are several urgent things exist that make sure

procrastination must be implemented which begin to recognise to take actions. It is probably
recognised that difficulties continuously occurs which need to be solved by taking some
smaller steps (Goetsch and Davis, 2014). In this way, time management activities consider
because schedule develop successfully to attain overall goals and objectives.

In order to implement time-management skill for future, it can be stated that tasks will be
completed on time with unit control. Approach also develop with responsibility that determine
accomplishment of future goals. Audit also conduct with seven days’ priority so that future
development also ascertained in successful way. Furthermore, better division also consider the
best plan which assist to handle tasks in successful way (Bratton and Gold, 2017). On time,
activities design to create appropriate lists honestly. It assists to develop good idea and plan

Team-working is more important phenomenon which is more likely to do work in systematic
manner. In this way, people effectively take part in team which create synergy for my own
development. I select this skill because it helps to enhance organisational performances with
good teamwork benefits as well. Good team consists of diverse members which helps to create
more effective solution, so that I can develop together work performance with several
numbers of individuals. In the organisation, it provides opportunities with bonding of another
person. It helps to increase trust among others easily (Humphreys, Rosenorn-Lanng and
Bracegirdle, 2014). As per Tuckman theory, there are 4 phases that develop systematic work
performances. For example, forming which is initial stage to include several individuals gelled
together. Further, storming stage consider stage to face challenge among individual and team
leader pursuing very well things. In norming stage, team member start to come together and
developing processes. At last, performing stage increased focus on tasks and team relationship
which combine to provide synergy.

In order to consider team working I can pursuit towards goal successfully that is important to

deal with innovative functions and operations. I can willingly participate with several
individual which is flexible and showing commitment as well. Teamwork is generally
understood as willingness of people to accomplish goals (Maureira, Benchekroun and Falzon,
2018). Moreover, it also assists to increase my own performances with peers’ support.

Li, 2017). However, in contradicting other see that team working assists to communicate
appropriate results with active listening. Advance event planning communicate results to
operate successfully. Management skills also develop which create positive results and
administrative work performances. Collaborating together also assists to increase group goals
in successful manner in a successful team.
