INTRODUCTION
To achieve progress in future it is very necessary to work on various abilities which is most
important to achieve the goals in the competitive business environment. If an individual possess
all the qualities and have abilities it tends to develop feeling of confidence and satisfaction which
results to increase the productivity of employees as well as to business entity. Due to
development in the economy criteria are tends to be achieve. If manager does not work on their
skills than it is not possible to acquired objectives and to gain competitive advantage. It leads to
make negative impact on career development which results to increase chances of distruction in
upcoming years. It is the responsibility of person to analyse their skills and capabilities and
observe the areas where there is need to work , which requires perfection. By making
development in these deficiencies , a person can increase the chances of business growth. It also
helps to improve our personality which in future helps to get success and leads towards growth.
The topics that covered under the assignment are different challenges which an individual face at
the time of working. Few example of such challenges are presentation challenge, hotel challenge,
apprentice challenge, t shirt challenge.
TASK
Apprentice Challenge
Apprentice challenge supports me a lot to make my communication skills and abilities good. As
many future challenges that we face at the time when I am operating some business activity are
also be resolved easily with the help of it. By developing good communication in the
management it become easy to do planning in context to the task related to marketing. Because
the major role of marketer is to create awareness regarding the product and services and it can
only possible if a person has excellent verbal or written communication then only an individual
can convey their message to opposite party as well as large number of audience.
. If in future i want to play the role of manager than surely i tends to be improve my skills so that
i can give better perspective to my juniors. With the help of these capabilities i can give
instructions ,time to time provide guidance to subordinates so that my executives become eligible
to meet the challenge and easily grasp the opportunity. On the other hand if management fails to
attract audience towards their product that it tends to decline the scope of management in the

organisation. And employer avoid to appoint manager in their entities because they unable to
increase the demand of product. If i have excellent communication abilities will than it become
easy for me to tackle members of the team which leads to raise my confidence in the market.
The main objective of Every manager is to maximise their profit or to increase customer base to
achieve that targets they tends to do planning for the reason to stimulate their products in the
competitive market. Thus in this way they can increase their income even there is existence of
tough competition.
Presentation Challenge
. If the company who wants to launch the Smart watch in the marketplace then it is an essential
term for the business to include the several cost of the branding and marketing plan of actions in
the performance so that investor might know the use of the product as properly. At the time of
making presentation many challenges are faced by me for example facing difficulty in setting
alighnment of the report, in creating and fixing graphs, and at the time when i give presentation
in front of people than it is very difficult to communicate for me. So I decided to work on my
these weakness and improve my skills.
Debate challenge: When I was making a speech on the issue of CSR, the opposing candidate was
also extremely strong, so I was up against a tight battle. I can find arguments to support my
position in the conversation. Speaking in front of such a diverse group of individuals and
professions is not an easy assignment for me. Many more difficulties I encountered were as
follows:
 The audience in the auditorium showed little interest in my planned topic. •
 The timer duration is the most difficult issue for me since I only have a limited amount of
time to communicate my thoughts in front of the public.
T-shirt Challenge
To making advertisement in the market manager plan to introduce the t-shirt which has a
picture or logo of save environment in their sleeves. With advertise product become popular
among people which make positive impact to sales because youngster shown interest to purchase
such type of tshirts which give some good message. In this way turnover of the company is tends
to be increasing rapidly that helps in earning high level of profit. As attractive design and huge
variety of colours attract large number of people . as these tshirts are available with reasonable

cost so that every one can afford. This is also an another reason of high sales. The challenge
which i face at the time of launching is that , heavy advertising cost. Rapidly change in the style,
change in customers demand and threat of obsolence are biggest challenge .T-shirt challenge will
support me alot in developing my marketing abilities that will help me in my further sections It
also helps me in creating my sense of knowledge as about the manner that how the good is get
launched in the market and consumers are influence towards the product of the company so that I
might plan my approaches as in the business to improve profit and to acheive advantage in the
market by increasing consumer base in the existence economy.
Hotel Challenge
In this we consider hotel industry where i need to make some development for business
survival. In context to this we choose the hotel holiday inn as it serve their hospitality
services in the various different locations of the country. The person who visit in their
hotels tends to be satisfied and happy because they serves the best. best facilities are given
to customers so that they feel comfortable when they stay in it. As compare to other hotels
Holiday in more costly as with their innovative activities and with attractive decoration it
attract their tourist as well to local audience which results high revenues and creates good
brand image.
Action plan
To acheive my goals I need to improve various skills of mine. Few examples are present in
the below bullet points.
 Communication abilities: To attain the objectives I must have to focus on my skills .I
can make improvement in my communication through reading various magazines in
different languages, reading news paper, participating in debates. As these can increase
my efficiency and improve my fluency in the language which is advantage to me in my
career. In the conference that was conducted in my university I give a speech on the topic
CSR as its full form is corporative social responsibility. With this my confidence level is
increase now I can easily communicate in front of large number of audience. Daily I
listen English news which helps to improve my listening skills as well as my knowledge.
But there is need to learn more so that I can make more improvement in my skills which
is beneficial to me in achieving targets in my life.

 Time management and meeting skills- Time management, accountability and
responsibility are critical for professional development and progress. To meet deadlines,
I must enhance these talents since time is a valuable commodity, and I must accomplish
my assignment on time. By honing these talents, I will be able to seize chances and save
time that I could be focusing on something more essential. I believe that through honing
these skills, I will be able to achieve success.
 Marketing skill –To perform the role of marketing manager or executive it is necessary
to have these skills. Because in this job role , person come in contact to various people
because goods and services are tends to be promoted. If marketing skills of person is
good than only they can advertise properly. To improve my marketing skills first I will
focus to improve my patience level and secondly to improve my convincing power so
that at the time of dealing with dealers or clients I can easily advertise the goods. These
skills make me confident. I will create the abilities by various advertisement that are done
by management to endorse their goods at the market place. These skills enhance the
scope of employment.
 There is need to developed business skills and competencies : To get success in
business I have to improve my skills in technologu such as in computers.I must learn all
formulas of excel so that I can easily perform the task on it. I must improve my typing
speed so that I can complete my work on time and Good command on softwares and MS
word is also important to learn to avoid failure in my career. I must learn how make
presentation as it is very important part to my profession. So I must work on these and
improve my skills.

CONCLUSION
Through analysing the project it has to be understand that to get success in life it is
necessary to improve various skills as without having deep knowledge, experience and skills no
person can achieve their set targets. Various challenges come in life when we perform some task
but by making improvement or learning skills i can acheive goals with high level of confidence.
