INTRODUCTION
In this report self assessment in accordance with the skills needed to be in High
Education student, Such skill provide confidence to complete any task assigned to the
person ,skill provide help in education time, in personal life as well as in profession (Qizi, 2020).
Firstly the consideration on the skill present in HE learner comparison of the skill already
possessed by me in accordance with the requirement to be student. Importance of the skill
needed in candidate to pursue courses. Then the identified skill useful in what place and Action
plan to develop skill not present in the candidates.
MAIN BODY
P1 What are the required skills needed to be High Education Learner, describe the skills
and importance of skills in higher education.
Educational need divers kind of skills as learning new skill with the highest level of
expertise is not a easy task as professor who are expert in their fields all together teaching their
topic expecting student to known all in their subject it is not possible for a person to master all
subject in such a small spectrum of life to do so candidates have to be good in skills which help
them learn and develop fast. These are some skills require in good students and their importance
described below:-
Motivation and Commitment:- Studies are monotonous and frustrating in respect of regular
learning and development student feel less motivated. Candidate need to have a self motivation
habit through which the most unappealing subject can be master as in their studies. This help
students to be on path for the longest of time. Long term courses can be completed if students are
motivated enough and committed towards work (Huang, 2018).
Enthusiasm:- There should be a interest in the matters of studies, people who are already
interested in the subject perform better in many forms.
Ambition:- All successful businessman told the same thing in their biography that they have big
ambition to achieve in their life.
Goals:- Setting goals and achieving them on time make person capable of achieving much
difficult things as big things can be divided into small task and then can be achieved.
In this report self assessment in accordance with the skills needed to be in High

the same for career or doing the same in free time boost their energy that can be used to do
studies.
Attendance:- regular attending the education programme is very necessaries as it provide with
the gain all the informations.
Preparation:- preparing with all the resources which will be needed for activities or studies is
very important as it provides the essentials for the tasks.
Interpersonal Skills:- These skill make students enable to easily interact with the classmates
and teacher to understand any subjects.
Thinking Skills:- It make it possible to bring innovation in the traditional way of studies to
make it a fast and easy process.

After accessing all the skill I posses with which of the high eduction learner I found some
of the skill I already have which can help in studies in university are as follows:-
Idea Presentation:- I make great plans of visiting to the the different location with full draft of
budget which will be helpful in presenting business ideas to faculty or to the investor in impress
them to invest (Guo and et.al., 2020).
Excellent at Communicating :- Provide me prevail-age to work in accordance with the plan as
communication is the key for proper work execution as work is divided into task among
different member so to avoid duplication of work and better for the maintenance direction of
thoughts.
Leadership:- I always lead my group in school activities as well as in personal life. This is also
beneficial in creating follow ship among students so teacher can count on you for the leadership
of groups assigned for assessment. It will be helpful in later life as well in managing activities.
Group creation:- I have a keen eye for finding best person to join group and retain them for
the longest possible time. Will we helpful in socialising among new classmates and to create self
help groups for studies.
