avoiding style of resolution refers both the partners have low concern. Therefore, I will develop
my assertiveness by adopt competition style of resolution of conflicts. I will create ideas and
innovation for quick resolving conflicts. It helps to increase relationship between team members.
Self Esteem: For developing team work skills, I will develop my skills and ability. I will
improve interaction and learning skill for effective team work. I will discuss everything from my
team members. I will develop my problem solving skills, so that it is easy to solve any kind of
difficulties. I will not avoid any kind of condition. With the help of team work skill, I will
increase motivation level and productivity (Singer, 2018). I will build up my trust and respect
Self-Knowledge: For developing time management skills, I will set my priorities, use
particular planning tool, get organized and schedule time appropriately. For time management,
my strengths are to understand every activity in the work. I am not able to manage my time.
Therefore, I will avoid distractions and completing task on time. I will adopt Maslow theory for
improving my time management skills.
In this theory, Maslow teaches importance of matching time management with other
needs (Loughry, Ohland and Woehr, 2014). This theory focuses on understanding needs and
setting time limits. I will improve my abilities and competencies for completing work on time. I
will improve my weaknesses. I will improve this skill because it is important for any projects'
development. With the help of time management skills, I will increase my productivity. I will
develop my time management skills with the help of decision making ability, self-motivation and
appropriate planning. I will work effectively from others by clearly focus and remove my stress.
Self-Awareness: For developing conflicts resolution skills, I will develop my active
listening that include group collaboration activities to improve team work. I will decrease stress
and improve nonverbal communication. With the help of online training, it allows time for
