INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development process aid to manage current own learning and
progress throughout career. In this study, task 2 will describe reflective statement that will
discusses how completion of previous work has contributed to achievement of study and
employment skills.

I am accountable for completing previous task based on Sir Richard Branson, leadership
styles, through which I have analysed that he has mixture of three different leadership forms such
as transformational, participative and democratic. I need to do this task not in a team, I am
responsible for analysing whole thing and providing desire outcomes. In order to accomplish my
work I had to use relevant sources. I decided to make an effective plan through which i would
conduct overall analysis based on leadership styles of chosen business leader. After making all
preparation I have started my work and during it I have achieved some employability and study
skills.
I can say that while gathering information about Sir Richard Branson leadership styles, I
feel really very nervous and did not know how to gather data about this concept as it can affect
my performance in negative manner. But after communication with others and collect data I
analyse that I have a good communication skills, which help to gather a lot of information related
to leadership styles of business leader. It is really very important for person to have a good
communications skills because it makes an individual able to communicate and interact with
others in order to collect data or essential info about topic in which they are highly interested
(Shubhda, 2020). My nervousness goes eliminate when I feel that I have good research skills, as
I feel that I can make an appropriate plan through which data has been gathered and analysis of
Sir Richard Branson leadership styles has been done. On same note, I also feel that I cannot be
able to accomplish my work as I have lack of teamwork skills because I am not working in a
group of members who works together and manage time in effective manner.

I was evaluated that while performing task and gathering data at individual level
everything is going good. I was communicated with people effectively because I have both
written and verbal communication skills. I was able to find data and write in appropriate form
which allow me to analyse that Sir Richard Branson has and used democratic, participative and
transformational leadership style while managing his company. All these happen because of my
research and communication skills. But on the same time, I was analysed that I could not be
capable to use the latest technologies in context of data collection process due to lack of ICTs
skills. My data gathering process can be effective when I develop this skill, it affects my work
and way of collecting information about leadership styles. I think it was going bad about overall
experience. I also evaluate that work was not managed according to the plan due to lack of time
management skills. Because I am not performing in team of skilled applicants or team members,
I cannot be able to manage time and achieve task on timely manner. By using my
communication, research and problem solving skills I have completed above task.
I can say that data collection procedure, had goes well because of research and effective
communication skills, which I have. A communication skill either verbal or written is defined as
capability to efficiently achieve one's interaction aims. It allows me to make an effective
discussion with whom who knows more about Sir Richard Branson leadership ship styles. This
skill helping to understand others point of view and make me capable to understood give
information in systematic manner. Data collection is part of research skills that makes my work
more productive and strengthen my ability to analyse forms of leadership in context of Sir
Richard Branson. With above things, there are something that does totally against my plan. I
analyse that I cannot be able to obtain desire outcomes accordant to plan and schedule due to
lack of skills such as time management, and use of ICT skills, which are really very important
and beneficial for my personal as well as professional career development & growth. I can make
sense of these skills, which make me capable to deliver work on timely manner. According to my
situation I can use the latest information technologies.
