1. INTRODUCTION
Orientation for success in higher education is module has introduced students the way
universities work and successful operate in order to provide better educational facilities to
students. Stress is feeling of emotion or physical tension that makes a person angry, frustrated
and nervous. Academic writing is clear, focused, structured writing or formal style of writing
mainly used in scholarly publication and academic topics. At the same time memory is
individuals capabilities to acquire, retained and retrieve information in better manner. There are
various method that could be used to enhance memory, academic writing and reduce stress level
for better well-being.(Zhang, nd et. al., 2019) This report has covered necessary detailed
pertaining to knowledge gained in class in various areas such as academic writing , enhancing
memory and managing stress level. It has also highlighted crucial point related to analysis of
performance that helps in identifying my existing strength and challenges. (Yang, and Li,
2020)Thus, the aim of the report is to understand the various knowledge that have been gained
through academic writing, enhancing memory and effective management of stress level.
2. ANALYSIS OF GAINED KNOWLEDIGE
In the class there are three main areas in which the knowledge have being gained that is
the way to manage stress, enhance memory to retained whatever has been teach by the lecturer.
Moreover, information pertaining to academic writing or the way particular report or document
needs to be written so that they can be easily understand by other individuals or reader.
Therefore, the three areas of knowledge gained can be explained in detail as follows:
Managing Stress: Managing the stress is a technique to control the stress level of people
because in very busy or daily routine life people suffer from the stress it directly affects to not
only physical health but also mental health. It manage by self care, relaxation, and taking
therapies. (Terziev, Georgiev, and Georgiev, 2017). The importance of stress management in
context of the workplace bring down the chances of conflicts. In a very stressful condition it
improves the level of productivity and at the workplace if encourage the manager to motivate
their employees. At the workplace if manage the stress properly so the reduction in sick days and
it shows that company take care of their employee. Moreover, managing stress level is also
important because it help individual in staying happy, healthier for longer time frame thereby
focused on various activities easily. To prevent the stress there are four stress management

also be used by individuals in order to reduce the stress level likewise eating more healthy food,
doing meditation and exercise to relax mind and react positively to every situation.
Enhancing Memory: It can be stated that memory is the capacity of individuals to store or
retained knowledge that has been given by lecturer in the classroom. Individuals can make use of
different method, techniques or strategies in order to enhance their memory so that they are able
to retain gain knowledge for longer time frame and can make use of them. It can be enhanced by
make proper attention and, organize and structured, more and more visualize the concept, proper
study routine and more concentration on difficult information. In the learning it play a very
important role so by that way memory enhance. Refreshing the mind by taking a break so by that
the performance level is increases. Generating the idea by yourself and apply it practically. To
enhance memory is very important in every organization they uses the various type of technique
so that in the world of competition compete with the other company and make the good public
image and survive long term in the market. Every one have unique type of talent so by enhancing
the memory know about the various type of talent and creativity (Prahmana, 2017).

inform to the reader and explain properly so that the reader can understand the message and also

reader can understand clearly. It majors purpose to collect the proper information and analysis
the all information and it last persuades properly to reader. In the academic writing the thought
of writer is always been very clear. There are four types of academic writing the first one is
descriptive writing it all about the information, facts it is one of the simplest. The second one is
analytical writing and it is popular and every university prefer this writing, in this the thought
and ideas are analysis so the reader know brief information, in this critically analysis all the

3. ANALYSIS OF PERFORMANCE
Based on formal and informal feedback get it can be evaluated that my performance
related to presentation, behaviour and attitude is well. Since, starting the behaviour and attitude
of myself was positive as I was ready to learn new things or gained knowledge in context of
academic writing, stress management and enhancing memory. The positive attitude and
behaviour towards the same has helped in getting the knowledge in more better manner. I am
able to identified that communication is the biggest strength of myself that helps me in
effectively sharing information from one individual to another (Dakka and Wade, 2019).
Moreover, I have good knowledge pertaining to academic writing that helps me in writing the
content in well structure manner with use of appropriate language. words that helps in better
understanding of content by other individuals. At the same time feedback has also contributed in
identifying challenges that I have faced related to study that I am able to manage stress level.
Inability to manage stress has resulted in more frustration, anger and nervous. Thereby I find
challenges in managing task and activities in better manner due to ineffective management of
stress level, so I have decided to work on my weakness in order to remove the challenge.
Moreover, I have decided to do regular exercise, meditation and more focused toward task or
activities performed to take less stress to complete the same. The feedback also help in analysis
that I have ability to retained information for sometime but I need to enhance my existing
memory so that I can easily analysis, learn and retire information and knowledge gained in class
(Lee, Nader and Schiller, 2017). Thereby, to strengthen my memory I have decided to intake
more nutritional food, making notes, stay focused and visualizing the concept to retain
information in most effective manner. Therefore, this section has helped in effective performance

detailed pertaining to another topic that is stress management, as in recent scenario, individuals
are facing lot many issues or stress that has negatively impact on their health and well-being. So
the report has summarized pointed related to the way they can manage stress level in order to
stay fit and healthy. Therefore, the report was all around academic writing, stress management
and enhancing memory and analysis of my performance.
