REFLECTIVE EASSY ON TEACHING
Task A:
Individual Reflective Work:
Promoting appropriate behavior and respect to others is one of the major and important
responsibilities of a teacher. Being a teacher, I strongly believe that I must behave in certain and
proper way in order to be a role model for the students. In addition, it is necessary for me to
follow the rules for appropriate behavior and respect to others to create impact in the mind of the
students, so that they are motivated and inspired to learn the same. For promoting the appropriate
behavior and sense of respect for others, I believe my attitude, perception and the way of
teaching the students play an important role. For example, if I make differences among the
students while teaching by showing additional or special attention to some students, can project a
negative impact on the students and in future they can follow the same in their practical life. It is
my responsibilities and duty to behave in a proper and sensible way to transfer the same to the
students. The ethical consideration is another element that can help me promoting the appropriate
behavior and respect for others among the students. For example, if I make sure of certain
percentage of the attendance of the students will allow them to appear for the examination and
according to their result I will provide reward or punishment to them, can make enable the
students for being aware of the ethics. In addition, disallowance of the mobiles in the classrooms
and discriminating behavior in the classroom and others general rules and regulation that I
maintain inside the classroom, I believe works as the guide for promoting appropriate behavior
and respect to others.

approaches and training. As I stated earlier I would not distinguish among the students who have
poor language skills or someone coming from aboriginal communities and this will certainly
promote equality. In addition, valuing diversity to me means valuing the diverse features and
components available in the class as well as among the students will help in the promotion of
diversity. I would like have a thorough inspection within my class to understand the present
circumstances of the same and the students in order to try to value both the equality and diversity
and aware the students about the same.
The inclusive teaching refers to the approaches used in the teaching according to the
needs of the students (Bondy and Ross 2012). The needs of the students are based on their
backgrounds, abilities and learning styles. Therefore, as a teacher I must consider the inclusive
teaching in order to make all the students understand the course and lesson of their study.
Similarly, the inclusive learning is the process of understanding and learning the same thing by
the different students despite of having different capabilities and learning styles (Mitchell 2014).
Thus, being a teacher I must be flexible enough to make all my students understand the course
material according to their needs. I always try to focus on the difficult points for the students
who face problems in understanding the same. Flexibility for me also refers to make easy such
situation where students face problems in meeting the target (Torrisi-Steele and Drew 2013).
Along with this, I believe, the adaptability is also important in the use of the inclusive teaching
and learning. Adaptability for the teaching and learning entails the capability of the teachers as
well as the students. Adaptability nature of mine as a teacher is capable of resolving various
problems and flaws in the class as well as among the students. It is also my responsibility to help
the students in growing their adaptability for the purpose of inclusive teaching. The adaptability
