Reflective statement
Group working skill is one of those capabilities that enable a person to
perform in a team, in which skilled and knowledgeable people are already
taking initiatives to achieve common aim (Cartwright and et.al., 2021). I
want to describe my personal experience on improving my group working
skills, during this module, where I had conducted team work activities in
effective manner. In term of team work activity, group discussion based on
specific subject or topic, is quite interesting and beneficial activity, I have
received a common theme, for which I had made a discussion with other
members, which is important for everyone. This activity gives the best
opportunity to me in term of giving chance to communicate with other
people, who have their own perspectives, culture and values. Group
discussion or collaboration is the most appropriate practice that help to
improve my group working skills, and offering me chance to conduct
collaborative practices with them, which is quite beneficial as it will help in
my future and enable me to perform in a team. There are varied forms of
group working activities I have been conducted during this module like
above one, which successfully and in unexpected manner, improved my
team work skills that is really important for me. Group discussion help me a
lot, as it boosts my morale, confidence level and drive my attention toward
determining the way of enhancing team working capability.
Topic investigation is another group work activity that I have been
conducted and it is included within module, which give me another chance to
achieve what I want, in precise manner. According to this practice, I have to
find out information related to our subject, for which I have to communicate
with other members and coordinate with them, in order to obtain positive
outcomes. Effective communication plays vital role in the context of
improving group working skill, because it makes me able to interact with
other candidate in effective and ethical manner, and help to build strong
bond with them.

The best way through which I have improved my team working skills is
a group investigation, I work hard to perform together to research a report
and solve query, because during this process I understand how to work in a
team as a productive team member. It improves my skill and make it even
better than last few weeks or days. During this module, I felt quite excited
and happy too, as it gets chance to perform with those people who had such
an amazing and beneficial capabilities, from which I get opportunity to learn
one of these.
By conducting investigation together, making a group discussion,
communicating with team members and collaborating with them, during
overall module, I have improved my team working skills. Each and every
activity that I have been conducted and also encompasses in this module,
gives me varied chances to achieve my goal, which help in my personal and
professional career progress. Furthermore, I had made discussion time to
time that also contribute to my journey in term of improving team work skill.
