INTRODUCTION
In this essay, I will analyse my personal experience as the learner. The reflection of my
performance, behaviour and experience in the education at the university KURS. The reflection
is about my strength and weaknesses in the learning process. The different phases help me in
increasing my potential level of learning. Afterwards, I will explain about my action plans that
enables me to meet my future expectations of the university course. This reflective writing is
influenced by the Driscoll’s model of reflection. This model provides the guidance of specific
events and happenings at different stages of life and this enables in knowing about “what has
been learned during the events and how can this learning should be applied in the future”.

MAIN BODY
Week 1
In my first week, I kept listening to my teachers but never made any kind of interaction with
them. This results in having number of doubts in my mind regarding the topic. I had a sense of
insecurity while asking anything to my teachers. But the scenario of my university made me feel
very comfortable here. My teachers kept asking me if I had any doubt and I started telling them
that I have doubt in this. As a result, I started getting more knowledge towards my subjects. In
first week, I learned that, it is important to discuss your doubts with the teachers. The interaction
with the guider enables me to solve my all doubts and it further helps me in having more self-
esteem. This thing will help me my future studies as well. For my upcoming studies I made a
plan related to the solving of my doubts immediately. While understanding the chapters if I get
even the small query or doubt. I will immediately ask to my teacher. This will help me solving
the number of doubts. And when the doubts has been solved, the learning capacity becomes
more effective.

Week 1

Week 2
My university has approached the inclusive practices in order to perform the concept of teaching.
My whole course has been divided into smaller parts so, it become easy to understand. In week
2, I found that there are some subjects under which I am nit able to perform in effective way.
This result in losing of my confidence. Then, I realized that if I recall the lessons again and again
then it helps me in reminding the topics. I realized that, it was not about my potential it was
about my interest towards the subject. For example: there are two subjects from that I am
interested in one. Therefore, in that subject I can learn easily. For other subject, I had a difficulty
in learning. This is all because of my less interest towards them. Here I learned that, recalling the
topics again and again takes my interest towards the topic and makes me able to understand the
topic as well. In my future course, I will continue to recall my chapters so I never feel that I have
less potential in terms of learning.
Week 3
During 3rd week, I found that I had existing knowledge in me regarding some topics. This is the
point of strength. I used this existing knowledge while discussing with the teachers and in return
I got the appreciation from them. This leads to boost up my morals and confidence and this
increases my urge of understanding my topics with more clearance. This further helps in adding
more knowledge in my existing knowledge. In my future studies, I will use my current
knowledge that I am getting right now. Therefore, I will completely focus on the current
subjects. In this week, I found my strength and utilised this strength in order to create a strong
base of knowledge for the future course of my university.
Week 4
In my classroom, certain social discussion has been done during 4th week. And here I realised
that, it is mandatory to learn social values as well. This is the part of learning process as well.
(Finkelstein, Sharma and Furlonger, 2021). My university has adopted the concept of curriculum
development and it says that, it is important to shape student character so, they can face the
problems which can arise in their career. Earlier, I was not giving more importance to the
concept of social values. Then, later I realised it is equally important. This is also the part of
education. In my future, this will help me to have the better understanding of the individuals. A
good understanding of social values, helps in prioritising the value of other people. I will value
my teachers in my future as well. And this will result in the better understanding between us.

criteria enabled be to improve my performance and also helped me in increasing my learning
potential. I will get prepare for each test in order to face my future test. And all of these tests will
make me an efficient learner. Each time each test is going to add glory in my learning ability.

The above discussion has come on a conclusion that with the five weeks I found my strength and
weaknesses in the learning process. This reflection helps me in understanding the importance of
