INTRODUCTION
The essay will discuss about the given module on the knowledge and creativity
for success at university. The reflective essay will be done on the given module to
explain the learning process and the future challenges and expectations done at the
university course.

 Description
During my starting days into the university I was a shy person who was not able
to communicate to the people and was scared to talk to others due to the hesitation I
used to have that time (Li and et.al., 2020). When I reach to the university I used to hide
into the corners and also not talk to anyone as I used to feel that I am not good in
communication which make me feel negative and demotivated and not able to focus on
the studied and careers. The feeling were so bad for me as I used to hide into corner
and the morale was so down that I used to bunk from university and leave classes for
no reason. I used to feel alone and that was also effecting my personality and personal
development. I always wanted to score good and want to achieve good grads so that I
can apply for good organization and make a good future.
The evaluation of this is that I was into negative aspects which my tutor told me
that I'm going into the wrong direction which can lead to a huge impact on my personal
and professional development (Adeani and et.al.,). The changes is mandatory at that
moment of time and I realised that it is high time I need to back up into the game and
need to make changes into the working so that I can develop better performance and
show people what I'm capable of. The situation told me about the exact information as
where the issues are coming and how they need to be eliminated so that I can do better
into the performance and also increased a better result to get professional and personal
development into the life. I focused on the factor and realised that there is not as in to
get fear of communication and make sure that I enjoy the present time which is the
opportunity I get of studding in university and prove others what all is there for people to
know about me and my skills and knowledge. I learned a lot of things from this

experience of fear of communication for no reason and the ways in which the
personality can be developed and change the entire scenario into the process of the
development into professional world (Sekarwinahyu and et.al., 2019). It is important to
realise that the process of life is simple and you need to prove yourself about the skills
and knowledge you have and should focus on the communication as it can eliminate a
lot of issues I was facing into the university. Communication help in increasing a lot of
chances into the process of working into the learning in university and develop the
proper planing of better development.
I worked on lots of activity to eliminate the issue of communication and worked
on to it by talking to new people and increasing the process working into the university. I
learned that communication can provide a lot of opportunity and chances to anyone as it
provide me in presenting the university in different activities into inter university
programme.
The action plan for the future is simple as I worked on the communication and
the issues I face and I made a process of understanding the issues which I can face
and I changed myself from hiding to making sure that I faced things and worked on
them in the future so that the feeling I went through during the university and work on
the challenges I faced in near future to increase the knowledge and also get the
personal and professional development in life.
Approaches for future challenges and expectation at university:
One of the major challenge which is going on into the world and the education
sector get affected the most due to covid-19. I though that the university gets shut
down and the pandemic will cause me one year of loss into the studies but then I talked
to the university about this and they rverted with the positive answer, thy said that they
are working on this challenge as they wnt the astudent to have a continues working and
learning should not be stopped and for that they are preparing a lot of ways as online
platform learning and maitaining all the necessry guidline of government. It was a
challenge for me as I was not good into technologies and it took me a lot of time to

understand the ways in which I change the entire process of learning and learned first
by understanding the tools offered by the university to make us provide the education. It
was totally a new experience fro me and I was unable to handle this as I was not good
in computing so my friend helped me in learning and they I worked on it and utilise the
time to learn the subject (Kompen and et.al., 2019). The time also help me in learning
new things including technologies and utilising the best of technologies for better future
and personal and professional development in life. It is Important for me to make
different into the personal life and then it need to be changed into me with development
of new things in increasing skills and knowledge to gain benefit in professional
development.

CONCLUSION
The essay conclude that it is important for the person to understand the learning
advantages and the process of dealing with things so that the challenges can be addressed and
also can increase into the development of personality and eliminate the fear of things.
