INTRODUCTION
A set of interconnected web pages that is created as well as maintained as a collection of
information by an individual, group and an organisation (Crespo, Espada and Burgos, 2016).
This present report is going to show about importance of some skills like technical, time
management, design development and confidence skills which are required in working in a
group.
Group report
Website refers a page or collection of some pages that includes particular information
which are being provided by an authorized person or entity and traces back to a common uniform
Resource locator. Some examples of website include: MySpace and Facebook. There are some
steps which required to be followed for creating an attractive website (Sánchez-Vera, Leon
Urrutia and Davis, 2015). Some steps include: To get a domain name or a name which an
individual want to give to website. For getting a right to use that name there is a requirement to
pay an annual fee. After that, the next step is to choose a web host or a company that has several
computers connected to the internet. Designing Web pages, testing web pages and collecting
credit card information are further steps in the process of creating website.
In the group working in regards this topic I learned so many things. For creating a web
design all group members give their 100% contribution for making group presentation more
successful and creating an attractive website. In the context of skills, I must say that detailed
planning and confidence play an important role. I am good in these skills. Because of having
time management and detailed planning skills I helped the group in making an effective plan
on which basis we had to work (Alvarez Sainz, Ferrero and Ugidos, 2019). I have seen that some
members procrastinate which delay in completing project. My skills of time management helped
out the group in completing the process of creating website on the time.
Basic knowledge of photo shop and confidence skills also play an integral part in
creating and developing an effective website. In a group, one of my colleague posses these skills
which helped us out in making an effective image by applying transparency effects. We faced
some problems in making an attractive image, one of colleague tried many attempts in resizing
and cropping an image and customizing colors. Confidence ad patience skills of all of us made
us able to solve this problem.

Most important skills that is essential in website development and creation is frustration
tolerance and basic knowledge of design. Most of my colleagues or group members including
me posses these skills (Alvarez Sainz, Ferrero and Ugidos, 2019). Design techniques and some
understanding of Website appeal helped us to make a better wen design. It can also be said that
Website development and creation can not be perfect at the first time, we require trying again an
again. Frustration tolerance skills helped in accepting problems in a positive manner that
sometimes can lead a great perfection.
Web development is creation is all related to technology and in technology there is a high
risk of security related issues. Security skills are indispensable while creating a website. There is
a requirement to have knowledge of some attacks that can occur in this process. Some attacks
include: cross site scripting, SQL injection and error messages. I lack in this skill as I did not
have proper knowledge of all these type of risks. Unfortunately, other members of group or my
colleagues also did not have knowledge of these risks and attacks. Due to lack in this skill we
faced some problems. We have rehearsed about security risks along with their solutions. It took
too much time of us. We have made a plan and target a date of completion the project but due to
lack in these skills it delayed in completion of this project. But, with the help of having a great
knowledge and research skills, we overcame this problem and identified all types of risks which
can attack any time in the process of web creation (O'Sullivan and Dallas, 2017).
For completing a process or creating the final website it is important to make sure that all
steps are being included and everything has been done properly. For this task, there is a
requirement of having a Web developer who can test browser capability, forms work,
accuracy of links, navigation menu algorithm, speed of leading pages etc. Fortunately in a group,
2 members were having this skill (Harris and et.al., 2016). They took a course of web developing
so they helped us in ensuring that all processes have been done in an accurate and effective
manner. As a web developer, they tested every detail which were being created by us which
boosted our morale and motivated us that we are doing great and are on in a right direction. So, it
can be said that we faced some problems but at the end we completed this project successfully.
By group skills and ability to work in a group helped all of us in completing this project in an
appropriate manner.

So, from the above report it can be recommended that, all group members should more
focus on identifying security related issues. Due to lacking in this skill, they may have to face
several problems which can even become the reason of failure of project. It can also be
recommended to all group member that they should make an effective use of website promotion
strategies that are available on internet. By applying all appropriate strategies, project on creating
as well as developing a website can be made more effective and successful.
CONCLUSION
From the above reflection report it has been summarized that technical and group
working skills played a vital role for completing any type of project. For making a project
successful, it is important to have learning skills. Further it has also shown the way of solving
any type of problem while working in a group and the importance of time management and
technical skills.
