INTRODUCTION
Reflective commentary is one of those concepts that enable a person to clearly explain
what they have knowledge about writing rhetorical awareness utilizing three essays as examples
or evidence. It also allows them to represent what individual person can do and what they know
about other things like knowledge they have or tend to develop. The current assignment will
explain relationship between appropriate theory and practice in work-related context. It will also
justify the implications of experience, skills, competencies and knowledge. Furthermore, the
study will clarify reflection on and apply learning from work-related experience to future goals
and career plans. Lastly, the report will define CV with relevant information in structured
manner.
MAIN BODY
Critically reflect on relation between relevant theory and practice in work-related context.
Theory of reflection specified an idea that individuals' knowledge reflects the real world
in explanatory context (Anderson and McCormack, 2018). They may take approach to represent
their understanding and experience related to specific practice or situation in comprehensive
form, which is quite easy to comprehend by the others.
While practice of reflection is defined as ability of a person which enable them to reflect
on one's action and situation, to take an essential stance or attitude towards own action or
practice.
There are different types of theories accessible in the corporate world, that individual
person prefer to utilize, follow and take into their consideration in the context of work related
practices or activities. Pluralist is the best example of those concepts or theories that applied in
world related context.
Fair wage, refer to process of conducting strategic practice that in turn provide desire
outcomes to individual person who perform their role within a company, where they may effort
to fulfil the key responsibilities and roles (Norwood and et.al., 2022).
Theory and practice in the context of social work are related with each other, as both
terms may drive the attention of individual toward taking initiative to fulfil the need and
expectations of others. It can be said that the connection between practice and theory is
conceived in the manner that may knowledge is internally related to practice. It may support to
influence each other in positive manner, that in turn provide unpredictable outcomes. It is fact

that theory in the context of social work is defined an academic model that may develop to aid
explaining some phenomena (Thurber and et.al., 2021). While, practice refer to application of
knowledge and capability that help to reach desire results. Both terms are interrelated with each
other in form of making individuals capable to support to achieve aim related to social work.
In the context of educational practice, theories are quite essential because implication of
each theory enables individuals to conduct strategic activities that contribute to achieve key
goals. It can be said that theories caters a basis to comprehend how individual learn, and gain
knowledge. Furthermore, it may also specify varied ways to explain, define, examine and predict
learning in regard to educational practice. There number of theories utilized in the real world by
individuals, in the context of current form of practice, that aid them to make more informed
decisions around development, design and delivery of appropriate learning.
During the procedure of developing educational tactics, the application of learning
theories provide several benefits to user. Kolb's learning cycle encompasses different form of
learning, that cater benefit to individual in term of developing strategies which enable them to
comprehend specific thing or activity (Behrendt and Machtmes, 2021). It may help to specify
different forms of learning styles that a learner may take into their consideration, for purpose of
developing the best strategy that in turn provide unpredictable outcomes to them.
VARK and other learning theories may also provide benefits to individual when they
may take approach to develop educational tactics and tend to implement each in appropriate
manner. It may help to enhance level of knowledge and increase performance extent in strategic
manner.

Effective collaboration, fair wages, employee health and effective communication, are
those terms that falls under the category of work related setting. I am about to conduct strategic
activities in the context of each term in appropriate manner, because of posing great knowledge
about certain terms. I am able to make collaboration in the workplace effective, because of
having great experiences as a leader as well as skills that I had utilized in the context of work-
related setting. I am posing good experience of making working environment positive and
happening, where number of candidates are able to perform their specific job role in effective
and productive manner. As a leader, I have good experience of conducting this practice that in

turn provide desire results to me and my management, with whom I had performed my role and
fulfil the duties as well as responsibilities in strategic manner. With better experience of leading
a team of skilled and knowledgable candidates, I have power to boost employees morale, which
is related to work-related setting. It is my responsibility to do so, because of varied reasons such
as to retain talented people, who can contribute to achieve organizational aim and objectives.
This experience plays significant role in regard to work-related setting in term of increasing and
improving organizational performance along with individual candidate, who had hold power to
gain competitive benefit for a company, where they perform and work in professional manner.
It can be said that work environment is a kind of setting, that drive expert or professionals
attention toward conducting practice related to social features and physical environment in which
candidates perform their job. These components may affect feeling of well-being, workplace
relations, etc. Set of skills and effectiveness, among individual person support to work-related
setting and in relation to Bucks Graduate attributes. I am posing good knowledge about problem
solving skills, which make a good leader who had solved the key issues of employees in
effective manner. As it is quite essential for me to conduct this practice in the 21st century, where
each and every company need skilled people who can work even better than the last few years or
months and have power to reach desire results. Effective communication is another transferable
skill that I have and utilize in the context of aim achievement as according to Bucks Graduate
attributes that usually concentrate on development of innovative and creative leaders in creative
and professional capacities, who may require operating in contemporary labour market. With
current form of skills, I had felt more confident and productive in form of making environment
positive and productive, where candidates taken pleasure of working with others in the same
workplace. Critical thinking is another skill that I have and use in appropriate way to provide
and obtain desire outcomes of individuals.
In relation to work related setting, I had implicated my competencies such as effective
decision-making that plays important role in regard to aim achievement and procedure of gaining
competitive advantages. With good decision-making power or competency, I am able to create
physical environment positive, which had contributed to increase employees performance and
also support to improve business performance as well, in appropriate manner. Without having
this form of power and efficiency, individual person in the work area are unable to set and
achieve targets, which is quite essential for them to do so. Team work competency in regard to

work related setting plays significant role in form of decreasing work pressure and eliminating
the reason behind depression as well as demotivation among employees, who are facing issues to
perform their roles in the work area, where they are accountable to achieve set goals.
Leadership is another competency that I have or regarding which I am posing good
understanding. It makes me capable to lead teams and drive their attention toward aim
achievement, which is essential and beneficial for their career success, either professional or
personal. It may contribute to make working environment effective in varied terms, such as to
enable leader, providing directions to complete assigned or allotted projects to employees on
time. It is essential for individuals to consider the deadline or timeline related to each project or
task.
In the context of similar concept, regarding which I had implicated and applied my skills,
experience and competencies, I want to apply my knowledge in appropriate ways. As I am
posing understanding about employment laws and legislations, that help me to create working
environment positive in form of providing fair growth chances to individual candidate. It enables
me to take pleasure of working in an organization, where management is able to consider their
needs and expectations and also effort to fulfil the same. With this knowledge, I have retained
talented employees and also acquired new people who in turn contributes to build wide and
strong teams in the workplace, especially in case of critical business environment when
companies need their skilled people, to achieve set aim and gain competitive advantages in bulk.
I am also posing knowledge about multitasking, which is important and beneficial in the context
of work related setting. With multi-tasking capability, I feel more confidence and stronger in
term of making plans and implementing the same after quick approval from management, who
are accountable to provide access regarding any activity that I had planed to implement
practically. This knowledge in turn provide key benefits to me and make able to offer strategic
and useful advantages to other, who working and performing with me.

I am obtaining the best work related experience while working as a care worker, who is
accountable to take better care of others in the field of health sector. I had obtained almost 6
years of experience in health care sector, where I learned how to manage time and conduct
ethical practices, which put positive impact on my performance and other expectations such as

patients. While working with others in health care sector, I had improved my performance and
productivity level, which enable me to develop further strategic goals and focus on making
career plans that in turn provide unpredictable outcomes. I had also learned how to prioritize
work in life and what need to act for this. It is important for individual person in the world to
prioritize their several things related to personal and professional area. As a care worker I had
gained positive experience that creates clear path for me to develop and achieve in the future
goal such as care expert, who is able to provide better health care treatments to individual
patient, according to their medical history and condition, which is essential for them to consider
before starting any form of treatment or medicines.
I want to become a senior health care expert in the future, which drive my attention
toward developing key areas that are required to achieve this aim effectively and successfully.
My overall care workers experience teach a great lesson to me as it enabled to manage person
and professional life with my children's.

working environment in the workplace that supported to enhance the motivational level among
people. Furthermore, from above analysis, it has been identified that utilization of transferable
and employment skills in relation to Bucks Graduate attributes, enabled individuals to become a
great leader or manager in the future. They had achieved strategic aims, either small, large or
