Reflection on Change Management
Description
I observed that change is an intentional conclusion that is brought forth by the authorities to vary
the norms and regulations of an organization. The main push which makes a change happen are
due to advancement in technology, economic factors, changes in market conditions, increased
competitions and environmental changes.
Interpretation
I concluded that change happens in an organization to fit into the current scenario of the current
status in the market. As I observed that change takes place due to multiple factors, it is very
important that the right amount of change is essential to suit the needs of the society. These
changes can be in the framework, among the staff, in the procedure and mechanism as well as in
the policies. The scope of change involves the balance within the incremental, strategic and the
transitional aspects in the market. Being a modern day phenomena, it has great effect upon the
organizations. Both the formal and informal branches are affected by the changes. Political,
economic, legal, technological, social aspects of both the internal and external environment of an
organization is widely affected.
Evaluation
After a close study of my interpretation, I come to a conclusion that changes are very much
essential in the contemporary era. To survive the competitive markets, I have to say that changes
create the apt background for the fostering of economic growth and business of an organization.
The employees, customers, staff and other people connected to it are benefitted because this is a
step towards the advancement. I have gained a valued experience from where I have inculcated
that change managements is necessary in the organizations so that they grow with time. The
loops holes can be overcame that arise with time in the regular working procedure.
Planning
In my opinion change should be the constant phenomena which should bring about the necessary
results for its evaluation. The experience I have gained would be highly useful when I deal with
the staff or customers of my organization. I can take the adequate steps to improve the status of

Reflection on Motivational Performance
Description
I have observed about motivation that it defines those pushes which make people act
accordingly. It drives people to do the actions, targets and other activities by being the basic
reason for the doing of those acts. It is intention which brings about the force to make people do
the needful. It is complementary to change management since with the adequate motivation,
adequate alterations can be brought to suit the best needs of the organization in a competitive
market.
Interpretation
From this, I have learnt that management, bringing in changes for the improvement of an
organization are the outcome of motivation. For the change management, motivation gives birth
to the want of satiating the requirements of money. It pushes the requirements from the
behavioral aspects and by satiating the intrinsic and extrinsic prizes. Various theories like
Maslow’s Hierarchy, McGregor’s Theory, Alderfer’s Theory, McClelland’s Theory have been in
support of the above explanation. Motivation pushes the will to perform, it helps in the increase
of production by increasing the desire amongst the work force.
Evaluation
After a close perusal of the above information, I can conclude that the knowledge that I have
gained would be very useful in the practical world. Since motivation is the prime force which
brings in all activities to be done, it is essential for every management of the organizations to
have motivation and a push towards the motivation. The staff, employees under the organization
would be highly benefitted from these encouraging forces. I am under this impression because I
have witnessed practical experience from this theory and have seen the effectiveness in its
working.

I can conclude after a thorough study of the above information that for the success and the
smooth functioning of an organization it is necessary that motivation and bringing about changes
