This assessment taught me several things useful for my teaching career. A brief of the
learning is as follows:

In-depth knowledge of the assessment methods with its benefits and process of use

Effectiveness of planning, delivering and assessing and improvement required
The planning that I proposed is proven useful in addressing the individual need of the
students in the classroom as supported by the feedback from the supervisors and the students.
The time table proposed for the deliverance of the knowledge is however, proven to be hectic for

the students. The five-hour timetable for 4 days is a bit too much. It needs to be changed to one-
hour class over twenty weeks will leave the students with more opportunity to explore their
learning. Other than the time schedule, the overall course planning proves to be useful for the
classroom settings and is in collaboration with the need of the individual student. It successfully
addresses individual needs of ht students.
The assessment area is appropriate for identifying the individual needs as planned for
teaching. However, more work is applicable and required. The elaborative application of the
assessment types and inclusion of more methods under each proposed types will prove useful for
identifying and verifying the needs of the student. It will help in confirming the needs of the
students and take appropriate decision for modifying the deliverance process.
Deliverance process identified in the planning is not up to the mark for addressing the
needs of the students. It does not synchronize with the students needs. It is due to the lack of
information about the needs identified through the assessment process. I need to develop the
assessment process to verify the individual needs. It will help me to bring necessary modification
in the teaching process addressing the needs accordingly.
