INTRODUCTION
A reflective report is a clear reflection of what a researcher has gained or learned from the
investigation he/she had completed. This reflective report will present the varied type of skills
and learning that researcher has gained after completion of the study to examine the impact of
youth employability on service quality in NHS.
MAIN BODY
During the completion of the research project, I founded many historical studies in the
chosen field and critically analyze the same to build own opinion. It enabled me to understand
how to critically argue a researchers view point using necessary facts and figures. Moreover,
through the use of various kinds of resources and studies; My research skills gone significantly
improved as I effectively understood the field of study and became able to argue upon the same.
By evaluating different perspectives, I became able to build a conclusive argument for the entire
research study. During the initial time, I had a very little knowledge about the chosen area or
field of the study and don’t have a strong and solid justification about the selection of the topic.
However, after researching the topic, I was able to develop the topic in an effective manner at
strong evidences through providing the credible sources. Writing the paper allowed me to
provide a strong argument for reaching towards an effective conclusion.
This research paper in my opinion helped me to strengthen my research skills to a major
extent as I searched many important things on web and read also historical studies to find out the
facts and figures supporting proper evidences. It made me well confident and allowed to me to
develop my own opinion regards to the research. Critical analysis of the findings of different
studies and authors perspectives strongly developed my critical thinking skills to create self-
opinion for completing the investigation successfully. At the same time, I analyzed and examined
the concept of youth employability on the service quality in NHS, Newham Hospital which built
substantial level of improvement in my analytical skills. Far research about the topic allowed me
to in-depth think about the selected phenomena and in this way, I learnt different things about the
topic, which in turn, I became able to come to a good conclusion and judgement of the paper I
researched. I enjoyed the study very well and it proven really beneficial for me to upgrade my
research, critical thinking and analytical skills for the future professional growth & development.

CONCLUSION
After completing the assignment, it can be concluded that the study improved my
research skills, analytical skills, critical thinking skills and also build self-confidence in myself
and proven beneficial for the professional development.
