INTRODUCTION
Global business environment is defined as environment that exist in different countries
which affects home environment. In this changing period time, it has become essential to focus on
different environment so that issue or problems are faced in those are resolved in effective way. In
business sector, it is essential to focus on these environment so that goals are achieved in proper
manner. Scanning of environment is done on basis of different factors which impact at wider scale.l
This report is based on Regent College London, a university located in United Kingdom. This
report comprises of SWOT and impact analysis.
MAIN BODY
SWOT Analysis
It is framework which is used by entity to access to their internal capabilities to achieve
goals in specific manner. It is time consuming process as because reliable information is needed to
conduct a SWOT analysis. Thus, gaining information about market & internal management require
time. So, this framework is further discussed below-
Strength
Main strength of RCL is that it has wide range of
facilities and students base which reflects their
strong goodwill in educational sector (Barman,
2018).
They have financial resources which are used
by them in most efficient way. Moreover, they
also pool money from large investors.
Another strength is they have skilled employees
and staff members who deliver positive output to
within management.
It is also strength of college that they have a
wide land area & which can be used by them for
other functions and activities.
Weakness
Main weakness of college is that due to this
ongoing pandemic situations they have been
carrying out activities through online modes due
to which it is difficult for them to manage and
handle students in proper manner.
Also, another weakness is that due to impact of
Brexit, it is becoming difficult for them to attract
more students towards college for studies and
extra co-curricular activities.
Students have wide range of alternative options
to switch to other colleges as due to increase of
fees structure (Bejtkovský, 2018).
