INTRODUCTION
Regent group London is the college which welcome the people of all ages across the
global from 15-35 ages. The company aim is providing the learning opportunity and
development environments where they interact with each other and share story within the
collective community. The company regent group learning is support to the students with the hub
and deliver the education with the better environments. This report will discuss the who is the
clients of the company and what issue that they are facing and critically analysis the clients such
as competitors, targets customers as well as influence factors from the external environments of
the college. This report elaborates the issues which are face by the clients of the company
(Valentine and Price, 2021). The Regents College provide the knowledge of learning as well as
skills which helps in develop the personal and career prospects. The main objective of the
regents group is offering proper learning environments.
MAIN BODY
Clients and problems which are face by them:
The clients of the regent college are average range students who have an age range from
the 18-35 years old. Students of all age can come to study at the regent and this is especially for
the undergraduate studies. For these students who are going to schools after some years of
workforce. Those students are shifting and enhancing the occupation way in their midlife. The
clients of the college can be those who want to pursue studies after the retiring from full time-
work. The clients of the college is equal genders both male and females, the college have men to
studies for applying their vocations on the life. The ratio of the male and female will be equal at
the college for the vocation life (Lanman, 2018). The college is expanded in the geographic and
their students are from the Canadians, Americans and from overseas. The overseas students are
comes from the new Zealand, Australia, Brazil, Hong Kong, South Africa, Switzerland and
united kingdom. The college finds the clients graduates in the range of vocations. The college
search students those who wants to graduate in the Master of Arts in theological studies, master
of divinity, master of theology, diploma in Christian studies with the special certificates.

The college has many competitors which are provided the first graduate technology. There
are many top competitors of the regent's university London such as University of Chester,
Kingston University London, regent business school, university of Huddersfield, university of
limerick, Brunel University London, etc.
The regent’s college is working towards the new technology and the infrastructure of its
systems to develop the strategies. Due to the lockdown, the courses are provided to the students
which help in achieve the goals of the company. They are acknowledging that the technology
will be useful for the organizations in their growth and developments of the companies as well as
the technology are change in the drastic within the regent’s college change management that
helps in develop the digital learning approaches for the students as well as the college also
focused on providing the proper quality of online classes and teaching which helps in improve
the learning and developments of the students while 3-4 hours a week contact time as physical
mode (Rall and Ramirez-Stapleton, 2021.). The technology helps in the online learning, digital
learning, blended learning and the remote learning for helps in understanding the educational
experience. These helps in lead the confusion among the staff as well as students and understand
the results in the changes in the learning quality experience at digitally and online learning
platform for achieve the better reputation for the regents college. The main objectives of the
Regents College is promote the new campaign and develop as the brand for the college as well as
the secondary based on the successful campaign events to meet the goals and objectives of the
college.
The target's customer market of the company is parents as well as students who want to study for
their higher educations in the colleges universities. The location plays major roles in targeting
the potential customers for the University for the higher education by the students, so the
company establish the campus in the locations of south-hall, Kingsbury, Wembley as well as
harrow and London. The regent college also target the experienced teachers, inspire the learning
resources as well as thriving the communities (Colman, 2021). The regent college targets the
customers from the every age of group and open for the every customer who wants to study at
regent university.

involves the foreign students as well as public funding. The higher education colleges in the
United Kingdom get a definite amount of public funding. With the help of this funding, the
