University offers their modern technologies in order to make their teachers and students feel
comfortable within the campus. They offers relaxation areas dedicated to computer suites,
modern classrooms,etc. To make their services highly effective for students as well as for
teachers both (Arasu, 2019). Currently the major objective of the Regent group London is to
develop new digital campaign in order to promote the brand name of the Regent college. There
are certain problems that have been faced by the establishment such as they are unable to better
capture, understand and leverage the data due to which technological advancements are highly
required in order to meet prospective students.
Another major problem that has been identified that the university wants to differentiate
themselves from their other competitors so that they are able to attract more of potential
